Now all you need to obtain a driver's license in NY state is a valid passport! That's all not even a social security number! I know that the illegals have children here and they need to be fed but we are giving these criminals more on their silver platter!
The word is already out in Mexico and it is just giving them another reason to come here. Its also giving employers another reason to hire them. Isn't this outrageous?
