I no longer see how it can be averted. Politics has replaced the rule of law.

The Founding Fathers warned us to preserve a government of laws, and not of men.

Arrogant, lawless and lusting for power, government officials have abrogated their responsibility to the Constitution, the country and its citizens.

It was a backroom deal among Congressional Democrats and Republicans, which created our current Constitutional crisis.

Congress and our political leadership always knew that Barack Obama was not a natural born citizen and, therefore, he was never eligible for the Presidency.

Over the last twenty to thirty years, members of Congress, for both personal and partisan reasons, have unsuccessfully attempted to water down the natural born citizen clause by offering potential Amendments to the Constitution.

Political coup d’etat of the Constitution

In the Spring of 2008, however, politicians found an opportunity to create a precedent, whereby they could change the eligibility requirements for the Presidency without an Amendment.

At that time, John McCain’s eligibility according to the natural born clause was being questioned. So, a deal was struck and the bogus and non-binding Senate resolution 511 was passed, which provided cover for both McCain and Obama.

It was a political coup d’etat of the Constitution.

After the inauguration, Congress was given talking points to misinform their constituents about Obama’s eligibility to be President. The conspiracy of silence continues.

Unhappily for the Congressional dupes and scoundrels, Obama, by releasing his alleged Certificate of Live Birth, has made them complicit in the possible commission of a felony. They could now be potentially charged with “Misprision of felony.â€

Obama is pond scum. EVERYONE I know would do just about anything to get him OUT of the white house!

LEGALLY, of course!

This has gone on for far too long! The thugs of this country,aren't the one's who should be "rioting "in the streets!!! The govt is screwing the American people at every turn!

There is no gray area. Either members of Congress are liars or they are too stupid to serve in government.

Senator Mark R. Warner (D-VA) says:

“The facts have consistently shown that President Obama was born in the United States. As a natural-born American citizen, he is fully eligible to serve as President of our country.â€

The present government of the United States is largely a blend of corruption and mismanagement. It no longer responds to or is trusted by a growing number of Americans.

Not being a natural born citizen, Barack Hussein Obama has never been eligible for the Presidency and he may have committed felonies both before and after occupying the nation’s highest office.

Yet, despite mounting evidence, not one member of Congress or anyone in the executive or judicial branches dares to speak up or initiate an investigation.

Why is that?

Choose your noun. The Obama issue is about complicity, negligence, avarice and cowardice.

There are likely many who are complicit in a cover-up, many who were derelict in their duty to screen Obama and many selfish individuals who love their power and privileges more than their country.

Smoking out Obama will be a tough and dirty business. None of our professional politicians want to soil their hands. They will leave the hard work to others, but, when it is safe to do so, they will express their faux outrage and indignation and claim credit for saving the country.

Cowards, sycophants and the greedy are not the kind of people worthy to lead a great nation.

Republican Senator Jim DeMint defined the problem we are facing:

“Americans know real change in Washington will never happen until we end the era of permanent politicians. As long as members of Congress have the chance to spend their lives in Washington, their interests will always skew toward spending taxpayer dollars to pay off special interest supporters, covering over corruption in the bureaucracy, fund-raising, relationship-building with lobbyists, and trading favors for pork; in short, amassing their own power.â€
