Obama AG Nominee Lynch: Voter ID Laws were Passed by Racist Southerners, Must be Stopped

In a speech given at Long Beach earlier this year, President Obama’s new nominee for Attorney General, Loretta Lynch, specifically called out voter ID laws as racist and schools as disproportionately using zero tolerance policies against minorities. The video was uncovered by Pundit Press.

The remarks came at the end of a long speech, explaining the examples that Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. and Nelson Mandela set for people.

Ms. Lynch then began talking about the inequities that she sees in the United States.

“There’s still more work to do,” Ms. Lynch explained. “People tell us the Dream is not realized because dreams never are.

Mandela and King knew we had to continue working, and I’d be remiss if I didn’t tell you, that under this President and under this Attorney General, that the Department of Justice is committed to following through with those dreams.”

She continued, “50 years after the march on Washington, 50 years after the civil rights movement, we stand in this country at a time when we see people trying to take back so much of what Dr. King fought for. We stand in this country. People try and take over the State House and reverse the goals that have been made in voting in this country.“But I’m proud to tell you that the Department of Justice has looked at these laws and looked at what’s happening in the Deep South, and in my home state of North Carolina has brought lawsuits against those voting rights changes that seek to limit out ability to stand up and exercise our rights as citizens. And those lawsuits will continue.”

Ms. Lynch was no doubt talking about the Justice Department’s lawsuit against North Carolina to stop their voter ID laws. Eric Holder even used the same kind of language as Lynch: “Allowing limits on voting rights that disproportionately exclude minority voters would be inconsistent with our ideals as a nation,” he explained.

It is plain to see that Ms. Lynch is arguing that people in the “Deep South” have passed these laws so that minority voters would be disenfranchised.

Here we go again: AG nominee Loretta Lynch wants to free blacks from the 'Prison of Racism'

If confirmed, it looks as if Barack Obama's nominee for Attorney General, Loretta Lynch, will be carrying out Eric Holder's politics of racial vengeance. Based on her family history, social justice statements and close ties to black activists, Lynch will deploy law enforcement resources based on race and political ideology, not on the rule of law.


As a young girl Lynch heard stories that her grandfather, a pastor, hid people in trouble and helped them flee to the north to escape punishments under the Jim Crow laws of the time.

I realized the power the law had over your life and how important it was that the people who wield that power look at each situation with a sense of fairness and evenhandedness.

Lynch's father, Reverend Lorenzo Lynch, a Baptist minister, opened his church in the early 1960's to students organizing lunch counter sit-ins at Woolworth in Greensboro, N.C. where she grew up. According to Lynch, her father carried her to those meetings, “riding on his shoulders.”


After graduating from Harvard Law, Lynch worked on Bill Clinton's 1992 presidential campaign.

CORRECTION: The Loretta Lynch who worked on the Clinton campaign is a different person.


From 1994 to 1998, Lynch was a partner in Connecticut-based Ujamaa Investment Group. According to David Horowitz's Discover the Networks site, “Ujamaa” is a Swahili term signifying a commitment to the practice of “shared wealth” and a repudiation of economic inequality."


In her first stint as U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of New York in 2000, Lynch made a name for herself in the highly publicized civil rights case against a white New York police officer charged with brutally assaulting a Haitian immigrant.


After leaving that post in 2001 Lynch worked for a New York law firm until 2010, when Obama appointed her to the same position she held under Clinton.


In 2011, at a meeting in Moscow at the Higher School of Economics(HSE) with Assistant Attorney General Lanny Breuer, (known for lying to Congress about his role in Fast and Furious), U.S. Attorney Lynch told the international attendees American police officers are basically corrupt.

There are two spheres where my office is the most active...These are investigating crimes committed by police officers, especially those related to human rights violation, and investigating politicians involved in bribery and embezzlement.
Such investigations, Ms. Lynch admitted, are especially hard to carry out, since the formal principle of equality before the law is perverted here. Policemen often act according to the principle of corporate solidarity, protecting their colleagues, and politicians try to use their connections and influence in order to avoid responsibility.

In August 2014, in a closed door meeting, Lynch met with the family of Eric Garner, a black man who died after an altercation with a white officer. The Rev. Al Sharpton also attended the closed door meeting and said Lynch assured the family that her office was monitoring a pending state investigation.


Lynch has a close relationship with Eric Holder and in a speech at the Martin Luther King Center in Long Beach, New York last year she vowed to continue his work at the Department of Justice and fight those in the "deep south" who want to take away blacks' voting rights and reverse the progress of the last 50 years
Then she asks the young people in the audience, "What is it that makes you feel oppressed?" "Is it the prison of racism?"


Last week the American people roundly rejected Obama's divisive 'post-racial' racism and gave the Republicans one more chance to stand up for us. Will they say "No" to another Ivy League radical determined to undermine our rule of law by stirring up trouble between blacks and whites? Senator Lindsey Graham has already stated Lynch is a “solid choice” by the President. Graham’s remark begs the question, “When is enough enough for these guys?”

What will it take, to get Holder and Lynch to wake up and smell the real world. Their hero, Toxic 'Bama, is the only threat to black Americans. He's the one who wants to flood the country with another wave of Undocumented Democrats. He's the one who knows that these folks will undercut Americans for entry level jobs. He knows - and Holder and Lynch really should know - that the poorest Americans will be the hardest hit. This will cause another generation of them to be consigned to confusion and anger, as they are pushed aside yet again.

What do people like Holder and Lynch tell themselves, to let them serve a would-be dictator who could care less about black Americans.

Barack Obama’s nominee to replace Eric Holder as Attorney General once belonged to the Harvard Black Law Students Association (BLSA) that invited and welcomed Palestinian terrorists to speak at its events.

During her time there, the BLSA welcomed members of the PLO and Lynch even coordinated some of the events. Four years later, Michelle Obama (then Michelle Robinson) wrote a racially-focused essay that appeared in the BLSA news letter as well.

Attorney General nominee Loretta Lynch belonged to a student group that brought Jew-hating Palestinian terrorists to Harvard Law School every year she was a member.
Lynch belonged to the Harvard Black Law Students Association (BLSA) from 1981-1984 when she was a student.

During those years the radical black group brought representatives from the Palestinian Liberation Operation (PLO).

The group’s leader, Mohammed Kenyatta, called for the “liberation of Palestine” and expressed support for the terrorist organization.

The BLSA defended bringing the terrorists in a letter to the editor of the Harvard student newspaper, The Harvard Crimson.

Jewish student organizations protested the speeches, especially in 1984. Liberal professor Alan Dershowitz joined the anti-PLO protests.

In 1988, Michelle Robinson wrote an essay entitled, “Minority and Women Law Professors: A Comparison of Teaching Styles” that appeared in the BLSA newsletter.

The Obamas would also befriend a one Rashid Khalidi, who had been a media mouthpiece for none other than the PLO’s Yasser Arafat and who – according to Barack Obama – only became a family friend because the Obama children and the Khalidi children attended the same school:

Obama’s AG nominee has seized $904 million in private property through “civil asset forfeiture”


Obama is trying to rush the confirmation of his new Attorney General through the Senate before the newly elected Republican majority takes over. But there are plenty of reasons why Senators on both sides of the aisle should have great pause before approving Loretta Lynch.


In recent months, much has been written about the concept of "civil asset forfeiture," in which police routinely steal billions of dollars worth of private property without even so much as criminal charges. As it turns out, Loretta Lynch is all for it, and her US attorney’s office has benefited from it to the tune of nearly a BILLION dollars.

As a prosecutor Ms. Lynch has also been aggressive in pursuing civil asset forfeiture, which has become a form of policing for profit. She recently announced that her office had collected more than $904 million in criminal and civil actions in fiscal 2013, according to the Brooklyn Daily Eagle. Liberals and conservatives have begun to question forfeiture as an abuse of due process that can punish the innocent.

Civil asset forfeiture is one of the greatest threats to private property in modern America, and Lynch is one of the pioneering legal minds in the country advocating it. It is one of the worst practices in police work today, and President Obama wants to make one of the worst offenders the nation’s top cop.
This alone should be enough to completely toss Lynch’s nomination, but that’s not going to stop President Obama from doing his utmost to cram it through.

Obama AG Appointee Loretta Lynch: Voter ID Laws are Racist

Barack Obama's latest federal nomination, Loretta Lynch, is just as bad as her predecessor Eric Holder. In a video of Lynch speaking in Long Beach, New York nine months ago, she declared that Voter ID laws in the "Deep South" states are racist.


Did she use those exact words? No, but the idea is most definitely there.
"I serve at the pleasure of the first African-American president of the United States of America," she said to a round of applause.



She also thought it a wonderful thing to serve alongside Obama's partner in crime, Eric Holder. Let's not forget that she was also appointed as US attorney by criminal president Bill Clinton also.

One of the strangest things she said in reference to Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr's "dream." She said, "People tell us that dreams are not realized because dreams never are and he knew we had to continue working. I'd be remiss if I didn't tell you that under this president and under this attorney general, the Department of Justice is committed to following through with those dreams."

So, the dream won't be realized, but you're going to continue pursuing it. Do I have that right? What dream is Ms. Lynch after? Blacks and other minorities have equality in America. They can work. They can own a home. They can marry. They have all the same rights that whites have, so what is the dream Ms. Lynch is pursuing? It's the same dream the sodomite community is pursuing: special rights.

This is just outright lying. The fact that Voter ID laws have been put into place was for the sole purpose of preventing voter fraud. It doesn't matter if you are black, white, Hispanic or of Asian descent, you have to provide an ID. Does Lynch say anything about how blacks have to provide ID in order to purchase alcoholic beverages or firearms? Does she mention that if blacks want to drive they must have a driver's license? Is she going to push for the fact that driver's licenses and demanding ID for alcohol and firearms is racist? I'm guessing not because that would not go alongside her communist agenda, would it?

My opinion is that state governors should begin ignoring these lawsuits and just enforce the law.

While some have claimed the laws target minorities because they are considered "poor," nothing could be further from the truth. As I have made mention of before, in my home state of South Carolina, which enforces Voter ID laws, I discovered that anyone over the age of 18 can receive a state identification card, suitable for voting absolutely free. I'm sure most states operate in a similar manner. The only reason to oppose Voter ID laws is because one is complicit in voter fraud.

Black conservative Dr. Ada Fisher, also from North Carolina refutes Lynch's claims regarding voting laws, specifically the North Carolina voting law. She wrote, "This act is in no way a voter suppression effort as those who malign it have tried to define it. Every citizen can vote and is encouraged to do so with a series of outreach and educational efforts suggested for the county boards of election."

Hans von Spakovsky of The Daily Signal pointed out the "irony of standing in front of a picture of Nelson Mandela while making this false claim against voter ID laws, given that South Africa has a much stricter voter ID requirement that was supported by Mandela."

Von Spakovsky also gave evidence that Lynch believes the death penalty is also racist.

However, Lynch went on to continue the mantra of Eric Holder is saying the discipline of black students is also racist.

"But we also know that when we sit and look at schools that have zero-tolerance programs, they are often used," Lynch continued. "And they take our babies, minority children, black children, Hispanic children, and they put them out of school before they have a chance to learn. So the Department of Justice this past year has gone into the South, although we're looking further, and brought the first school-to-prison pipeline cases against school districts in Alabama."

No one is putting "them out of school before they have a chance to learn." If kids cannot conduct themselves properly and with dignity in school, then they need to be sent home where the authority in their lives resides to deal with them, not the teacher.

Furthermore, she tells on herself for being a racist. Not once does she include whites, does she?

However, this is just more covering for bad behavior and reiterating the asinine threats of Eric Holder, who cried "racism" because black students were suspended or expelled due to their violation of school policies.

Holder was quoted as saying, "Effective discipline is, and always will be, a necessity. But a routine school discipline infraction should land a student in a principal's office - not in a police precinct."

Funny, I never heard a peep from Holder when a white kid simply wore an NRA shirt to school and was arrested. I didn't hear anything from his DOJ when a second grader was suspended for a pretending his finger was a gun or little boys were also suspended for pretending pencils were guns. There have been school disciplinary actions for a deaf boy using the sign of his name that looks like a "finger gun," talking about guns and eating your Pop-Tart in the shape of a gun. But have we heard Holder on these issues? No, because again it doesn't fit his brainwashing agenda against guns.

Lynch will be no different. She will push the same agenda, using the issue of "race" to cover for criminal activity. Citizens need to inundate their Senator's email, fax and phone lines with demands that this woman not be appointed to the position of Attorney General.
