Obama-Appointed Judge Rules that U.S. Border Fence is Racist

It now looks like protecting the U.S. border has become a victim of political correctness, regardless that it is one of the very few constitutionally mandated functions of the federal government.

Using the race card to justify not finishing the fence along the porous U.S.-Mexican border shouldn’t come as a big surprise. After all, the race card has infiltrated and politicized every other excuse for tyranny. This story, from the “You Just Can’t Make This Stuff Up” file, comes via Judicial Watch:
A Homeland Security initiative to put fencing along the U.S.-Mexico border could discriminate against minorities, according to an Obama-appointed federal judge who’s ruled that the congressionally-approved project may have a “disparate impact on lower-income minority communities.”
This of course means that protecting the porous—and increasingly violent—southern border is politically incorrect. At least that’s what the public college professor at the center of the case is working to prove and this month she got help from a sympathetic federal judge. Denise Gilman, a clinical professor at the taxpayer-funded University of Texas-Austin, is researching the “human rights impact” of erecting a barrier to protect the U.S. from terrorists, illegal immigrants, drug traffickers and other serious threats.

    Seriously?

Right out of the Alinsky playbook: If you want to build a fence along the Southern border, you're a racist. And so is the fence? Story below:

Obama Judge Rules That Secure Border Fence is Racist

It has come to this: If you build a fence between the U.S. and the increasingly violent and dangerous northern provinces of Mexico – you’re a racist.
And that fence is a bigot too..
This is the mindset of the Obama Administration and now an Obama-appointed Judge – right out of the Alinsky playbook: “The organizer’s objective is to demonize those who stand in the way of his designs for change.”
If you can’t get immigration reform, say that securing the border, people who want to secure the border and even the fence itself are racist!!
Are we really going to fall for this? From Judicial Watch:

A 2006 federal law orders the construction of fencing or a wall along the most vulnerable portions of the nearly 2,000-mile southern border. This includes reinforced fencing along 700 miles of the southwest border with the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) determining the exact spots. Professor Gilman wants the identities of the landowners in the planned construction site to shed light on the impact the fencing will have on indigenous, minority and low-income communities. The feds refused to provide the information, asserting that it’s private.

The professor sued in federal court arguing that the public interest in how the fence will impact landowners outweighed any privacy concerns. The data will allow the public to analyze whether the government is treating property owners equally and fairly or whether the wall is being built in such a way that it disadvantages “minority property owners,” according to the professor. It will also help the public understand the actual dimensions of the wall and decisions related to where it’s placed.

Judge Beryl Howell, appointed to the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia by President Obama in 2010, agreed that the public interest is significant. Her 37-page ruling also seems to indicate that she bought the discrimination argument. “Revealing the identities of landowners in the wall’s planned construction site may shed light on the impact on indigenous communities, the disparate impact on lower-income minority communities, and the practices of private contractors,” Howell wrote.
This judge, this president and anyone else who doesn’t agree our nation should be sovereign needs to be removed from office.
Guess what the Republicans are doing about it?… NOTHING!

Judges like this need to be arrested for corruption and treason charges and yanked right off the bench. Have a ruling like this judge and its directly to jail and immediate removal from the bench.

We, the people, are being backed into a dangerous corner. For me, this is and should be the last straw or it's surrender to tyranny. Our choices seem to be to ask Congress to declare war (yes, they are still so empowered) on any nation south of us that are attacking us through the use of cartels and/or gangs. Of two choices that would be the preferable one.

I doubt the congress would do that with this bunch of 535 phonies that has been elected, as we have evidence that the President nor the Congress are pro-America! Now with Court rulings that money is free speech and corporations are people, now add fences are racist, we have solid proof that courts are anti-constitution. We, the people have but one choice left, that is to rise up against tyranny and defeat it!

Can my neighbor call me a racist if I build a fence on my yard boundaries? If this ruling stood, it stands to reason that would follow! But, we CANNOT wait for this to work its way up the chain of courts as two more years of this we will have lost without firing back. Personally, with the record we have in elections for the past 30 years, it is doubtful we can wait for November. With this court ruling and the influx of crappola at the border all in three weeks, we cannot take ANY more hits lying down!
