ICE & IRS ?
I have called ICE 1-866-347-2423 and mailed the IRS the pdf form PDF-3949A many times to report my job in NY in regards to illegal aliens working there with zero results. Been doing this for over 6 months and my question is does anyone have any idea how long it takes these angencies to respond ? Can anyone suggest any other angencies etc to contact in regards to illegal immigration ? Thanks in advance.

Welcome pjm333! I honestly don't think the IRS or ICE will be contacting you. Their investigations ( if there are any) would remain hush hush until they have done their research.
I have repeatedly turned in a company in Smithfield NC that has a staff of mostly Hispanics. This isn't a small company by any means! They employ a few hundred when you count up all the shifts they run (24/7), I have never heard word one.

You are quite welcome, pjm333. NC just passed a bill for E-Verify, part of which we will "supposedly" be able to turn in companies. You can bet your bottom dollar as soon as that "rat line" opens up I'll be calling! I have several places to turn in.
My advice would be to keep an eye on what's happening locally where you are. I know things run different in NY... most of the politicians act as if NYC were the entire state, totally ignoring upstate NY.

Just an FYI:
Whatever you tell them will be strictly confidential. If your information is legitimate and results in the arrest or the discovery of tax fraud you will receive a financial reward.
