Obama and Marco Rubio – two peas in a pod when it comes to foreign work permits.
In regard to Obama see: New Year’s Surprise: Obama Regulation To Give Work-Permits To Foreign College-Graduates
December 30th, 2015
”As the nation prepares to ring in the New Year, President Barack Obama is preparing a colossal new executive action that could print-up work permits for a huge number of foreign white-collar graduates every year, above and beyond the levels set by Congress.”
Of course, Obama is ignoring the recent federal court injunction on such action. In any event, this is the same kind of crap Marco Rubio is proposing, and proposes this crap when we have countless American citizens who are graduate students who are out of work!
In regard to the millions upon millions of illegals who are here, Rubio says:
"If you haven't been here very long, or you're a criminal, you will be deported," Rubio told NPR's Morning Edition. "Otherwise, you will have to come forward, pass the background check, learn English, pay a fine, because you violated the law, start paying taxes, and you'll get a work permit."
Republican voters need to tell Rubio to take his dog and pony show back to Florida and join Jeb Bush in an early retirement!

To support Marco Rubio or Jeb Bush, is to support Obama's illegal immigration tyranny which includes giving legal status and work permits to tens of millions who have invaded our borders, and panders to the Chamber of Commerce, the Club for Growth and our Global Governance Crowd

Obama's Executive Order to increase work permits violates separation of powers!
Obama's intention to increase work permits for foreigners by an executive order violates our Constitution's separation of powers!
Congress, and only Congress, has power to enact law and set public policy, and that power cannot lawfully be transferred to the Executive Branch of our federal government.
Our Constitution guarantees that Congress, the people's elected representatives and not political appointees or our President, may regulate commerce among the States and with foreign nations. This power also includes policing the entry of foreigners and commerce at our ports of entry.
Congress’ constitutionally assigned duty, delegated to them by the people, is to also declare principles and standards and set general public policy after sensing the will of the people! This is how our representative form of government is to operate and Congress may not re-delegate or abdicate to others this essential legislative authority.
See A. L. A. Schechter Poultry Corp. v. United States
1. Extraordinary conditions, such as an economic crisis, may call for extraordinary remedies, but they cannot create or enlarge constitutional power. P. 528.
2. Congress is not permitted by the Constitution to abdicate, or to transfer to others, the essential legislative functions with which it is vested. Art. I, § 1; Art. I, § 8, par. 18. Panama Refining Co. v. Ryan, 293 U.S. 388. P. 529.
3. Congress may leave to selected instrumentalities the making of subordinate rules within prescribed limits, and the determination of facts to which the policy, as declared by Congress, is to apply; but it must itself lay down the policies and establish standards. P. 530.
Obama's intention is to increase work permits for foreigners by an executive order violates our Constitution's separation of powers. And Marco Rubio has indicated his is in full agreement with Obama on granting work permits to illegal aliens!

Obama is the worst President ever!
