Obama refuses to secure border, sues states for trying to protect themselves

On Monday, the Obama administration filed a lawsuit against the state of Alabama over their new law against illegal immigration, set to take effect in September.

The law makes it a crime for an illegal alien to be present in the state of Alabama and gives state and local law enforcement the authority to investigate a detainee’s immigration status as well as requiring businesses within the state to use the E-verify system for potential employees.

The measure also makes it a felony for an illegal alien to register to vote, and requires school districts to verify the immigration status of students at the time of their enrollment.

Republican state Rep. Micky Hammon, who sponsored the law, responded by saying: “The Obama administration and the federal bureaucrats have turned a blind eye toward the immigration issue and refuse to fulfill their constitutional duty to enforce laws already on the books. Now, they want to block our efforts to secure Alabama's borders and prevent our jobs and taxpayer dollars from disappearing into the abyss that illegal immigration causes.â€

The lawsuits need to be geared toward those who hire. They need to have the absolute Fear of God in them. Major damages for victims of illegal aliens and those who hire. Take the lawyers off the ambulance train put them on the alien-hiring gravy train.

What Obama does not understand is the fact that just as this nation does not belong to the millions of illegal aliens now inside our borders, neither does it belong to him. It does, however, belong to the people like the good folks of Alabama and Arizona who are fed up with foreign criminals being allowed to freely enter their states without fear of action from the feds.

Americans have a right to be safe from foreign invaders…Of course, Obama does not seem to understand this either.
    Exactly.

Psalm 121:1,2, it is written, "I will lift up mine eyes unto the hills, from whence cometh my help. My help cometh from the LORD, which made heaven and earth.
    Matthew 19:26
But Jesus beheld them, and said unto them, With men this is impossible; but with God all things are possible.

Arizona Redux: Obama files suit against Alabama to block it from enforcing its immigration law

He continues to prosecute his one-man war against America.

(FOX News) — The Justice Department has filed a lawsuit against Alabama’s new controversial immigration law, essentially fighting Alabama on grounds similar to its legal battle with Arizona over that state’s controversial law.

In both cases, the Justice Department argues that the states are overstepping their authority by wading into something that is a strictly federal responsibility: immigration enforcement.

Gov. Robert Bentley signed the Alabama law in June, but it’s not set to take effect until Sept. 1. The law makes it a crime to be an undocumented immigrant in Alabama and allows law enforcement to detain individuals they have a “reasonable suspicionâ€
