I do discriminate!
I get so tired of those that say we here are guilty of discrimination. Well guess what, we are guilty. According to the dictionary! You see the word itself has more than one application. I choose this application:
discriminating - acute: having or demonstrating ability to recognize or draw fine distinctions; "an acute observer of politics and politicians"; "incisive comments"; "icy knifelike reasoning"; "as sharp and incisive as the stroke of a fang"; "penetrating insight"; "frequent penetrative observations"
So by knowing the difference between Illegal Aliens and Immigrants I have discriminated!Join our efforts to Secure America's Borders and End Illegal Immigration by Joining ALIPAC's E-Mail Alerts network (CLICK HERE)

All of mankind does; don't feel bad. Don't lose the ability, nor became dazed by the name calling.

My point is everyone discriminates daily in some form. And is it bothering you?

I like this definition, especially the icy knifelike reasoning part. I don't think anyone on this website discriminates against people because of their nationality or color of skin. Everyone is welcome to come in LEGALLY, spend some time and spend their money and then go home, or stay and become citizens. Then icy knifelike reasoning kicks in, when Americans see the damage to our way of life (stolen identities used by illegals to start). I don't discriminate against any peoples that respect this country enough to follow our laws. I do discriminate against those that care nothing about this country, but slither in here for nothing but financial gain.
Your lack of financial success in your own country was not caused by us, nor should we pay for it.
And I do discriminate (in the popular definition) against lawbreakers and their supporters who demand rewards for breaking our laws. The loudest population has been the Hispanic migrants. And while those from the rest of the world may be guilty of the same, they don't draw attention to themselves in such a rabid way.Join our efforts to Secure America's Borders and End Illegal Immigration by Joining ALIPAC's E-Mail Alerts network (CLICK HERE)

@ Vmonkey- La Raza, MALDEF etc. only seem to know the definition of discrimination as it applys to race. I was trying to point out that.

I can top that. I am prejudiced against illegal aliens. If they broke one law they will break many more and I don't want to be caught up in their web of lies and deceit.

In general, discrimination, in a non-legal sense, is the discernment of qualities and recognition of the differences between things. We all have the power of discrimination, which is essential for us to be able to make decisions and judgements about things.
en.wikipedia.org/wiki/DiscriminationDiscrimination toward or against a person or group is the treatment or consideration based on class or category rather than individual merit. It is usually associated with prejudice. It can be behavior promoting a certain group (e.g. affirmative action), or it can be negative behavior directed against a certain group (e.g. redlining). The latter is the more common meaning.

Political correctness is not about logic, fairness, morality, freedom, or progress. It is a propaganda technique used by very illiberal groups to bully their opponents into silence. It is meant to CONTROL you, not free you. And it only works if you allow it to.
Next time someone calls you "xenophobic" or something similar, ask them to define the term. The entire edifice of their argument always collapses from there forward."We have decided man doesn't need a backbone any more; to have one is old-fashioned. Someday we're going to slip it back on." - William Faulkner

We DO discriminate who we want in our country, we want legal immigrants, we do NOT want illegal immigrants. It is not in ANY way an illegal or immoral act to discriminate between the two, one group will follow the laws, and the other will not. That is all any of us have ever based our "discrimination" on.
