Thread: Obama's Immigration Policies Deceive Americans

President Obama has no immigration policies that protect the American citizens from terrorist attacks. Obama has an open-door immigration policy which means American taxpayers are paying for entitlements to illegal and legal immigrants for education, health care, housing, and subsistence.

Obama avoids mentioning the costs of his immigration policies.

All illegal border-crosser apprehensions occurring under Obama immigration guidelines have two results. First, catch and release the border violators into the country making them eligible for all entitlements. Second, Obama effectuates his belief in globalization and that America is not an exceptional country, even though most immigrants seek to partake in America’s non-exceptionalism.

In his May 2016 Northeastern University commencement speech, Secretary of State John Kerry dismissed the idea of national borders and suggested borderless nations was the ideal future. There is little such thinking in China, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Russia, and most other countries.

The Obama administration’s immigration policies are like his foreign affairs policies, made up as the situation arises. His strong rhetoric does not coincide with his actual actions, such as “the red line” in Syria or his support of Ukraine against Russian expansion or his concern for the Chinese military expansion in the South China Sea.

But with regard to immigration, Obama follows his rhetoric with executive actions, whether legal or not.

In the last several years President Obama has been releasing illegal alien criminal prisoners freely. As many as 19, 723 were released as of April 2015 which approximates the number of criminal aliens released in April 2014. The number of illegal alien criminals released from confinement in 2016 has not been established, but is expected to top 2015 releases.

The Obama administration has a history of “cooking the books” with reference to immigration apprehensions, releases, and deportations, so what the actual numbers of convicts released are, is uncertain.

The State Department just days ago admitted that in 2013 it cut-out 8 minutes of a video response by the Department’s spokeswoman to a Fox network reporter’s question about secret negotiations between the Obama administration and Iran. The spokeswoman’s response was a convoluted acknowledgement that the American people were misled about the talks.

Now everyone at the State Department has memory loss about the deceitful action and who ordered it.

This is typical of the Obama administration obfuscating its actions. Approximately 32 percent of federal prisoners are illegal aliens. Under the Obama administration operating procedures, to be confined to a federal prison, one has to be a serious felon with no redeeming values and a long rap sheet.

The illegal alien San Francisco shooter of Kathryn Steinle had seven felony convictions and five deportations.

The Border Patrol personal tell how they are under orders to “catch and release” illegal border-crossers immediately so that the number of apprehension will be down and not accurately reflect the surge of illegal border-crossers. Those illegal Mexican border-crossers not released into the United States are turned back across the border and listed as “deported.”

Non-Mexican illegal border-crossers apprehended are released into the country with a “notice” to appear at a future hearing concerning their illegal entry. Eighty-five percent of those noticed to appear do not appear knowing Obama has order discretional waiver of enforcement of the immigration laws.

Fifteen percent appear and are released to await future action, usually with a grant of asylum or refuge.

The crimes committed by illegal aliens are always downplayed by the Obama administration and several hundred of the previously released illegal alien felons have been arrested again for new crimes. Because of bureaucratic manipulations exact numbers of crimes committed by released illegal aliens is unclear.

A new U.S. Census Bureau report shows that 3.1 million new legal and illegal immigrants in 2014 and 2015 most are from Pakistan, India, China, Vietnam, and Central America.

Obama’s executive orders granting deflection of deportation for illegal aliens together with the sanctuary state and cities policies supported by the Obama administration are known from Tiajuana to Ho Chi Minh City (Saigon) to Islamabad to Damascus to San Salvador.

Fear of Donald Trump being elected president is offered to suggest a major illegal alien surge this summer, but that is not completely accurate. Advocates for increased immigration assert that crime, poverty, and poor health care in Third-World countries move people to come to the United States.

Together with these motivations is Obama’s open-door immigration policies means the United States is expecting a very large surge in the summer of 2016 of legal and illegal aliens

No government agency and no non-government agency over the past four decades have been able to state a defined precise number of illegal aliens residing in the United States.

The oft-quoted 11 million numbers of illegal aliens residing in the country is a purposeful very low-ball estimate. The 11 million number is meant to deceive the American citizens, another Obama immigration ploy.

Great article Jean. We're absolutely in our Period of Ironies and Opposites. This administration, the Democratic Party, the media and yes even some others, are doling out the biggest most deceptive hit job on Americans in our history.

There's a reason for the natural born citizen clause in Article II of the US Constitution and when don't abide it, there is a huge price to pay that could mean whether or not we still have a country.
