Oh, we do not hire illegals! I hope not!

Thought you all might like to see the response to my complaint to Tyson foods! I can't believe I actually got one.

have zero tolerance for employing individuals who are not authorized
to work in the U.S. We use all available tools provided by the U.S.
government to ensure our Team Members are authorized to work in this
    country.

Tyson voluntarily participates in the Department of Homeland Security's
Basic Pilot program, which allows us access to government databases that
assist in the documentation authentication process. In addition, we
train our staffing managers on proper employment documentation
procedures, regularly audit all aspects of our hiring process including
work authorization documents and also use an independent, outside
company to do its own audit of our hiring practices.

The reality for businesses across the country is that it's becoming
increasingly difficult to determine who is authorized to work in the
United States. The increasing sophistication of individuals who are
posing as someone else puts employers in a very difficult position. It
also makes it difficult, if not impossible, for anyone to accurately
estimate what percentage of the U.S. workforce is not properly
    documented.

We and countless other American businesses face a very difficult task in
trying to figure out who is eligible to work. Companies should not be
placed in the role of making the ultimate determination of who has
proper work authorization documentation. We believe these issues are
great evidence of the need for immigration reform.

    Question/Comment:
Since your company promotes hiring of illegal aliens, I will not longer
purchase any of your products! By hiring illegal aliens, you put ALL of
us at risk for disease! These people are not only lawbreakers, but
have not been screened for diseases and pose a health risk to the food
    chain!

Should I find any of your plants in Alabama are hiring illegals, I will
not hesitate to contact ICE. Stop selling out the American people!
