    Go away

Anyone who does not like living in the US and abiding by its laws should leave, including you.

    as far

As far as I'm concerned those fees should be $US100,000. Why such a high fee? These people are entering the first world, getting access to 1rst world health, 1rst world jobs, etc. Why shouldn't they pay a hefty fee for that, it's worth a fortune-and they know it.

I'm just kinda at a loss for words really....

First off no you can't have a refund. Second off respect our laws including our immigration laws. Third off seriously your airline ticket? umm wtf?

Lastly unless you were a spouse of a legal US Citizen or a child there of you really have no right to complain matter what. You were allowed to come and not by your greatness but our greatness. Only ones who have a right to claim anything such as injustice or costs are US Citizens and that right starts at the moment you gain citizenship and doesn't backdate.

I'm still dumb founded by the stupidity of this post though....

Yeah ,it is kind of a kick in the groin for all of those who chose to do things legally, isn't it. The US government rewards those who do wrong.

I do believe that's the larger issue STB was trying to make.

And he's right, as many of us here have expressed that sentiment before. Certain groups are being given carte blanche to ignore our immigration laws, essentially being handed de facto citizenship, while others are held to the letter of the law.

While "refunds" are not warranted, I do agree there is a definete double standard at play here.

Now thats what I agree with.

No one who immigrates to the US has a right to really demand a refund....the citizens after all don't have a right to demand a refund on bad immigration measures refunding immigrants they later deside they don't want back home. Not saying we should do that so don't get me wrong hehe.

But yah the double standard is really screwed up. Also wtf is it so easy for an immigrant from some 3rd world country to immigrate to the US and stay while very hard for someone from a developed country? Its like the sign on the door reads "must be poor to qualify"....
