One person you know that is in favor.......

What about illegal immigration? Name one person you know, besides your congressperson or the president, that is in favor of (a) illegal immigrants coming into the US (b) giving illegal immigrants drivers licenses (c) giving illegal immigrants welfare (d) giving illegal immigrants free medical care (e) giving illegal immigrants reduced college tuition (f) allowing the children of illegal immigrants born in the US to automatically become United States citizens (g) allowing illegal immigrants to vote without showing proof of US citizenship (h) not requiring illegal immigrants as well as all immigrants to speak ENGLISH and to require all signs on businesses to be in ENGLISH.

After George gets his way he will issue an order that says something like "In the Interest of National Security I hereby declare these Documents (immigration reform) to be sealed and kept out of public view until the year 2080." What he is really saying is that he and all of his cronies will be dead by then and it won't make a damn bit of difference what we, the American People, see then! We will all be dead by then too and they figure no one will ever give a darn about what they did 80 to 100 years earlier!

By then the country will be so over run with illegals, the ones who are still alive won't even care! To them it will be a victory.

2 possibly 3 of my sisters, and 1 possibly 2 of my nieces and 1 husband ... I've reached the point I can't even talk to them about it without getting ticked off ... my oldest sister told me we were a 'nation of immigrants' and if we didn't allow 'immigrants' in, we would cease to be America. And these are hardworking people doing what they can to feed their families.

Ask them how many of them and how many of their friends immigrated here from somewhere else.

Mamie, I have a friend like that...since we were little we went all through school in Wisconsin, I sent her a few things about illegal immigration...OMG the email I got back from her...I could not believe after so many years of friendship she could have written the things she did. It is a very good thing that she is in WI and I am now in Fl......we need to keep our distance.

Most don't want it but one "reason" that pops up is none of these things were enforced before so why start now?

There are a lot of people out there who believe this.

Many who don't actively believe it just don't want to think about it. There are too many other things to think about - Little League, American Idol, Wal Mart shopping, what game is on TV on Saturday.

That and the price of lettuce would go up if we deport them, that is what I get. These people do not have a clue, I try to point out the reality of the situation but will not waste time on people who refuse to see it.

Mamie, your sister sounds like mine! My sister, who grew up in the 60's (and that explains alot), thinks Americans should "share the wealth". We are a "nation of immigrants", and blahblahblah. I guess she is experienced, since she lived in communes for 10-15 years.
I hate it when she gets in her 'preaching' mood. Yuck!
RIP Butterbean! We miss you and hope you are well in heaven.-- Your ALIPAC friends
