    I hate to be pessimistic but I doubt that it'll pass the D-controlled KY state House or be signed by the D governor.

    I have family in Eastern Kentucky and I know how the citizens there feel about illegals. I think that if KY does not pass this bill the citizens will be in uproar and the KY politicians will be sorry.
