Are We To Become an "Obama Nation?"
Today the Los Angeles Times reported that a court-appointed overseer of healthcare in California state prisons "had begun preparing to seize the funding he needs with a an order from a federal judge." How much money does he say he needs? $7 billion.
According to the Times, the court-appointed receiver, J. Clark Kelso, has "begun the lay the groundwork to ask (U.S. District Judge Thelton) Henderson to issue an order for the money."
Liberal Democrats have been in control of the California State Legislature for years. California is a sanctuary state. Services to illegal aliens exceed $9 billion per year.
Now, faced with a deficit of at least $16 billion with no solution in sight, the state is nearing economic and fiscal meltdown. The unemployment rate is 6.2 percent, behind only Michigan and Alaska, and growing.
"California represents what liberal Democrats such as Barack Obama want for the rest of the country," said Glenn Spencer of American Patrol. "It will run out of money in August leading to a major political fight, just in time for the Democratic National Convention." He added.
As the state's fiscal "black hole" begins to pull it into oblivion, and it flaunts its deviant behavior, the American People will reject any cry for help, Spencer said. Spencer said California is about to be served up a lesson on the price of lawlessness. "Is American to become an "Obama Nation?" he asked.

Those in charge of my beautiful state have lost it.

Prisoners (30% of them illegals) get free health care, schools/hospitals are closing down, and we have gays everywhere pushing thier gayness in our faces and no one does a damn thing about it. Im so sick of all the press they have gotten for getting to be "married" I can't watch and just turn the channel till it come to that one. It unescapable until it blows over and everyone falls back into thier "beauty sleep".

Ca is going to have to hit rock bottom before things change around here....

My son lives there...I keep praying he will move..california is corrupt...with Charlie crist..florida might be heading that way. I am considering texas...at least texas has the freedom to seceed from the Union . It's the only state that does. Lots of libertarians in
Texas and there is going to be a gated community called Paulsville, Tx. Charlie Crist is now talking about drilling off the coast of florida in the gulf..he parrots mcpain. I don't believe for one minute Mcpain will actually come through with any of his campaign promises..besides, he's not going to win.

Unfortunately my state of California has cancer... Cancer when not treated properly will spread....So far it's spreading to other states!

If Texas seceeds it will be just another part of Mexico. Watch what you ask for you may just get it . There are lot more latinos in Texas than libertarians.

That Texas may secede is precisely WHY my Brazilian friend and I are making plans to LEAVE and NEVER come BACK!

I don't care for Crist (at all), however, I do agree that we should be drilling off our coasts. McCain supporting something is not reason enough to not support it. Just so happens there are a lot of conservatives in the U.S. Congress that support offshore drilling.

Yea You don't know what libertarians stand for. FYI they are for open borders, no one is illegal - free flow of people. Ron Paul will not sign the Save Act for this reason. You need to do more research.

Ron Paul is not for open borders. We have been all over this before. He believes that anyone who comes to this country illegally, should get nothing from this country. No job, no education, no medical care, no citizenship., etc. He feels that if all of that is done, they won't come here. He has other reasons for not signing the SAVE Act, and that is because he never votes for anything that costs taxpayers more money. He thinks we should just enforce the laws we already have instead of coming up with new ones.
