    • On average, immigrants pay more in taxes each year than they use in government services, and these taxes fund programs like Social Security that strengthen and expand the middle class.

    • Undocumented immigrants alone are estimated to have contributed nearly $50 billion in federal taxes between 1996 and 2003.
Notice how they try but fail to make a case for illegal aliens by using the contributions of legal immigrants. Yes illegals pay $6 billion in taxes a year but gee, you left out the $60 billion a year they will use if legalized!!!

    Sorry, you lose.

They take the 60 billion now via their mass of anchor babies. Think how much more they'll get if legalized.

    • U.S.-born workers are left to either accept the same diminished wages and degraded working conditions as immigrants living under threat of deportation or be shut out of whole industries where employers hire predominantly undocumented immigrants.
So wrong. Wages are depressed because of illegal aliens aka cheap labor. Legalizing them will not increase wages, it will decrease available jobs..who will get those jobs? The ones who will work the cheapest!

With the millions of illegals we have now, look how many companies are taking their factories overseas for even cheaper labor.

We CANNOT afford to legalize tens of millions of low skilled, uneducated people who continue to reproduce at alarming rates!! They are a huge burden to the economy, because our government makes it easy for them!
