    This is called Money Laundering / Racketeering

    a small portion of that cash may go to Illegal Aliens care

    but I got odds that a lot of that money is being pocketed

    the Perfect Crime and Goofy Americans are paying for it Lock, Stock and Barrel

    back in the day... Cattle Thieves were delt with
