What about the RICO statutes? Here you have a bunch of businessmen hiding behind the union label using illegal labor to enrich themselves while the illegals break numerous felony laws.

    Organized Labor Wants Full Rights...

You mentioned the possibility of RICO law violation by labor unions. The same question has gripped me too, for months. I am a member of a labor union that has bent over backwards to court illegals. In this particular union I also know that there is a lot of tax cheating--it is almost institutionalized and I was very alarmed about that, even before the tactic of organizing illegals came up. And some of the organizers in the union have resorted to offensive and violent tactics.

I would like to know why there isn't either a RICO indictment or a civil suit for those who are affected. Nobody seems to be interested, though---which is very exasperating. I know in the early days of the Carpenters Union organizing illegal alien drywall workers there was a RICO law suit in Southern California by a group of contractors, but it was dropped. Is this something you would have enough interest in to spend some time on? I have been trying to look into it-----But with the controversies we are working to stop it is hard, sometimes, to know where best to place your effort.

Not any more, all the union leaders care about is themselves and their fat salary, they could care less about the workers.
