    sorry im a bit late on this but Scooter Libby gets his sentence eradicated but Bush had the gaul to criminalize Ramos and Campeon?

    Why cant they get a pardon?

    That's a valid question which we all know the answer to, it is politically motivated.

    My own opinion was that although some things within that situation with Ramos and Compean had not been handled as they should have been, nothing warranted that conviction, nothing other than the huge presidential push for "Comprehensive Immigration Refom". The administration, I feel, pushed within the Attorney Generals office for that conviction to make Americans more sympathetic to the illegals, thus making it easy to get the yes votes, which they did not.

    Now I feel that the administration will simply try to ignore it altogether because they DID not get their beloved Comprehensive Immigration Reform (SHAMNESTY!!).

    When I saw that he gave Libby a free pass, it made me sick too. Nothing more disgusting that politically motivated wink and nod for crimes against America, simply out of party loyalty!

    If Mexico would have had a stake in Libby being punished, he would have been
    Serve Bush with his letter of resignation.
