Well, Slyhunter, I think you're confusing the issue. These are two totally different cases. There hasn't been any complaint that someone else is being refused a blimp at the same price. The argument with the NY Times is that they violated one of their own rules. It was a moral issue, not a legal one.

A little added info. The blimp was rented by the supporters of Ron Paul, not by the Ron Paul campaign. You can see this on this link.

With the socialist Republican clowns the MSM is pushing on us a lot of people will just write in Ron Paul's name even if he does not run as an Independent!
