Mark Belling was serving as the substitute host a few days ago, if I'm not mistaken.

He's better on the borders, but is still operating under the mistaken assumption that we need a "bill,"-any bill whatsoever-out of this Congress.

I hope he's paying attention to his friends in the U.S. Senate, who just told their American constitutents to shove it.
