April, that political poster with Lenin and Wonder Boy should be a billboard.

Straight to the point. Allmost as if it is reverse propaganda? As if a person KNOWS it is propaganda, therein lies the mistake, the sense of certainty.

I think the person saw it as truth. He is using the Obama art which was used to fool many to portray the truth.

</a> The poster should sit here, oops.

April, the right sees it as you and I. When the Wonder Boy poster was released during the campaign it appeared as propaganda to many. To the left, those who are moved by emotions, the poster of Wonder Boy invokes their emotions, it is a cool pose with cool colors.

The pose with his eyes gazing above the horizon leads to a sure sense of idealism, coupled with the heart tugging phrase "HOPE" brings home the air of confidence in the superior canidate destined to greatness, a leader to be proud to be associated with. A picture to believe in.

    Brilliant piece of political art.

Couple it with Lenin and the quote, and those on the right (un-emotional types) have no problem seeing it as complimentary, balanced, and acceptable.

Those on the left (the emotional types) now view it as propaganda. Still not fully understanding the Wonder Boy poster on its own. Thus the message changes for the left yet their resolve remains.

I would like to have a copy to frame. It is an excellent piece of political propaganda. The Soviets would have been proud and envious.

JMHO that I wanted to try and explain my earlier post.

IMO I see it as Obama propaganda with the light of truth shining on it, adding the socialism simply adds the truth of the matter to the art and what Obama hope is really all about. Propaganda is used to sway and deceive, this poster just appears to be the truth behind the HOPE lie. I see nothing complimentary about it to Obama and since I have been posting it everywhere I cannot find it in the original photo sharing location I downloaded it.
