    Phoenix Latino groups Chicanos Unidos Arizona, Take Back Aztlán, and Nuestros Reconquistos has enough trouble raising money for its own state, but that didn’t stop them from donating the Aztlán Scholarship to Illinois, a state which just passed their own version of the DREAM Act.
