Thread: Possible to bring the largest lawsuit against the Govt?

The way I see it.

We loose more americans per year to illegal aliens (drunk driving, murder, accidents) etc.., than we loose in Afghanistan & Iraq combined - and rob the american taxpayer's of billions of dollars each year - so, couldn't we, as a nation of american citizens bring a lawsuit against the federal government for its dereliction of duty?

With a 90%+ success rate to cross the border and funding/manpower etc. always being stripped from legislation AND the obvious "plans" for the NAU, can't we file a lawsuit? The proof is ALL RIGHT THERE.

Why not hold the federal government accountable.

I would sure like to see that.

I would signe up for this. HOw do we get this started. A good place to start would be with the ACLU. I don't necessarily like them but they will take on anybody.

No they won't agrneydgrl. I won't help Christians or anti-illegal immigrant individuals or groups.

I have often wondered myself if this was possible.
If it is-I'd be in..not for any $ but for principle.

I wonder what became of the $5million lawsuit allegedly filed against our government by the scumbag drugrunner Osvaldo Aldrete-Davila who caused Ramos, Compean, their families and us their fellow Americans, SO much misery!

Count me in....This was what USANevada suggested a few months ago.....and then he just disappeared off our website.....

We would have to find a legal group that would be willing to do it. And IT WOULD NOT be the ACLU!!
It would take a lot of $$$.
Justice Watch, NumbersUSA, or some Legal services that would stand up for the common taypaying citizen. But, it would take a lot of $$$. There would have to be enough support behind it on the monetary end, to my way of thinking.
I am sure ALIPAC has pursued this idea.
It is too bad that a number of internet groups have not gotten together to try to do this.
