Thread: POTUS EXECUTIVE ORDER amnesty. Reality or Fantasy?

Basically: Fox News' Bill O'Reilly is warning that if President Barack Obama ever bypasses Congress and uses his pardon power to make millions of illegal aliens citizens, he could face serious calls for his impeachment.

I think the only paper trail would be called MONEY! But as far as I know this has been a very quiet under the radar usurpation against the Constitutional government. Your question may be "why" why would they do that. The history of the constitution was to protect "we the people". It fences in the government. So...it is not hard to understand that the government does not want that. They have been working to destroy or avoid or usurp the Constitution sense before the ink was dry. No...there has never been any publicity or fan fair or editorials or public news about Executive Orders. Anything to do with Constitutional usurpation is done covert in the dark of night. The real damage started with the Act of 1871 till today. Now we have a puppet government shaming and scamming the public along letting them think there still is a Constitutional government when all we have are a few judges and EO powers.

So why haven't they declared the dictatorship we how have? Because that would take admitting that they have lied all along. What they have done was not legal by Constitutional law. But they own the courts. The courts are the ones responsible for this mess...not POTUS or Congress. Or at the very leas there is absolute collusion on everyone.

You can help me dig into this. I am just a drywaller with limited experiences with law. But I have worked many years figuring out what is wrong.

The first step is to understand that this is true and happening and share this knowledge with as many as possible. We have to start a buzz first before it can become a roar. Believe me...I know how hard it is to get people to listen to "conspiracy theory." But this is black and white record not theory.

His first EO was on his First day in office...and it was to cover up his identity. It never made a ripple in the news or in public opinion. And the what 20 or 30 he has written sense and the slamming of the obamacare has done nothing to stop the socialist march. So what do you think will happen if he slams an Amnesty? We are a nation of sheep now.

The Latinos stand up for rights THEY DON'T EVEN HAVE! But America won't fight to protect their Constitutional laws.

I hadn't heard that Obama passed an EO to protect his past. I did hear that Hawaii passed a law so that they can ignore anyone asking for Obama's real birth certificate.

I don't think it's so much that we are a nation of Sheep as we are being betrayed by the Media. Information is hard to come by and when you see 4 out of 5 Media company's saying everything is alright, most people don't think to question it. Illegal immigration, for example, only recently has it been on the news to any extent and I see more about illegals demanding equal rights and how they work hard then I do about the problems that illegals bring. Heck, when was the last time anyone on the News had the guts to say that illegal is illegal no matter what?

Even Fox News, who made a reputation of showing the bad side of Obama, is pretty careful in what they say and how far they go. They are not stupid and if Obama can some how get BP to put up 20 billion even though the law has like a 75 million limit, then what else is Obama able to do?

Since last Tuesday over 200K faxes were sent through NumbersUSA. I would expect that Capwiz had a number of them as well. I would say that between calls and both organizations they got a negative response.

On January 21st, 2009, his very first day in office, Barack Obama implemented and signed into law Executive Order 13489.

For those of you who can’t take the time to read it. here is the section that applies:

“Sec.2

Notice Of Intent To Disclose Presidential Records

When the Archivist provides notice to the incumbent and former Presidents of his intent to disclose Presidential records pursuant to section 1270.46 of the NARA regulations, the Archivist, using any guidelines providied by the incumbent and former Presidents, shall identify any specific materials, the disclosure of which he believes may raise a substantial question of executive privilege.â€

Wow, thank you for posting that. I remember how hard they went after McCain because he was born outside of the US. If I remember right, he was born on a military base and that would make him born on US soil.

We just did a story bringing to light how the U.S. Army revoked the orders of a Major scheduled to deploy to Afghanistan after he filed a lawsuit claiming that the deployment would be illegal due to the fact that Barack Obama has failed to produce a birth certificate, therefore he has not proven his eligibility to be Commander-In-Chief.

To say that we started a firestorm would be putting it mildly.

We had our fair share of rational responses, as well as the usual off-topic comments, accusations of being right-wing nuts, etc.
As well as a few that were too obscene to put into print.

It turns out that our theory that the document presented by Obama appears to be homemade has some support, in that it seems that there is a difference between a “Certification of Live Birthâ€
