    Press 2 for spanish (or should be charged for the service.)

    Why are we subsidizing it? I get charged service fees for 'everything' why is this service being given away?

    Got me. They don't pay extra for any of the "special services" geared to just one group. Their cable is cheaper with more channels than what I get....and the majority of free channels are in Spanish. More than once I've had to search around to find someonbe who speaks English and I'm not the immigrant or tourist.

    Yes they should be charged for the Spanish, as that is undoubtedly more cost incurred by the companies providing those services.
