GOP DEBATE SEPT.7, 2011:On Immigration
When asked "What to do with the 12 million illegals already here?" you decide for yourself, it sure sounded like amnesty to me! IMO

I have listened to the candidates more than once. The more I listen, the worse it gets.
They are all for some form of amnesty. So what do we do now? Accept what ever crumbs they will give us, I guess. How pathetic. Not one will insist we enforce our immigration laws that are already on the books no matter what they say. The candidates want to pick and choose what laws to enforce.
La Raza must have partied all night long.
The worst one is Ron Paul who does not even want a fence because he believes the government may use it to keep us from escaping in to the promise land of Mexico. He is a Libertarian through and through.Ron Paul in 2011 "[...]no amnesty should be granted. Maybe a 'green card' with an asterisk should be issued[...]a much better option than deportation."

I'll take enforcement of the Constitution and an accurate reading of the 14th. Get rid of anchor baby citizenship. This should be an easy area to start with.
Get rid of the freebie incentitives given to illegals.
Ron Paul is right. If we keep playing into the hands of the globalists we will ALL end up farther enslaved then what we allready are. Your nation of orgin or citizenship status will not matter in the end, we will all be the same,...slaves.
Not only did Reagan grant amnesty in 86, but he opened the can worms and now our politicians can ride on the coattails of Reagan. Yeee-hawww!
We knew THEN, that this was to be the future. It was not rocket science. If Reagan was honest, then the anchor baby issue would have been on the table back then,...but, it was not. Wonder why? What did we get? It was all or nothing back then, and we got nothing! They got more of the same, only much worse. Ready to play again Amerika?
Enforce the laws, and read the Constitution. Leave the smoke and mirrors alone.

Ron Paul does not think America should be the kind of country who closes it's borders!!!
Goodness. It does not get any worse than Ron Paul, I don't care what Paul 'says' about illegal immigration. He is worse than them all! The only people that would go along with him on his fence idea, is La Raza and their friends.Ron Paul in 2011 "[...]no amnesty should be granted. Maybe a 'green card' with an asterisk should be issued[...]a much better option than deportation."

Keep the heat on all of them GoodOleDays. I'll keep repeating the positions that I like concerning RP. That way we can both be right.
"Closing" borders will not happen. Better management of those borders and what happens once one mananges to get here, legally or illegally could also be dealt with realistically, IF the American people will open the debate and force it upon the critters of both stripes.
I would imagine that we can both agree on ending ancor baby citizenship? Ending welfare for illegals?
Then we can admit that RP is right on atleast two issues. That might just be a bit better than more of the same ole smoke and mirrors? JMO
