    SACKING OF THE PEOPLE'S PURSE

    NewsWithViews.com

On April 12, 2006, Lou Dobbs had another enlightening segment on the illegals invasion. A short film clip is available for viewing at: [Click Here]

On this video clip, you will listen to Nativo Lopez, a spokes mouth for the militant sedition organization, Hermandad Mexicana Latinoamericana, proclaim that on May 1, 2006, illegals will shut down the ports in LA and rail lines. This anti-American militant spewed that nothing less than "full amnesty and dignity" for millions of criminals who have smuggled themselves into our country will be acceptable. The reporter goes on to remark this May 1, 2006, "brown out" has clear Marxist overtones because of the support for the illegals by communists, socialists and anarchists. Another man shouted into the camera "We will shut down the ports." Well, now, if the ports are knowingly employing illegals, then they should be charged with violating federal immigration law and the illegals rounded up and deported.

Also in this film clip is a perfect example of anti-American law breakers serving in public office. This time it's brain dead legislator, Gloria Romero, a California State Senator; she's the Senate Majority leader and highest ranking woman in the Senate. This is what Romero puked out: "Why would a lawmaker in Sacramento support this type of boycott? Because I represent citizens and non citizens alike." This type of clear support for illegal aliens who smuggle themselves across our borders by an alleged elected member of a state legislature is an abomination. Romero is a disgrace and should be run out of office, but she won't. Romero represents District 24 down in LA, an area overrun with an estimated 1.7 MILLION illegals. Her allegiance isn't to the rule of law, it's to Mexico. California tax payers were screwed to the tune of $10.5 BILLION dollars last year to support Romero's "non citizens."

Remember these words from my past columns?

"If anyone's going to be deported, it's going to be you! ... Get out! We are the future. You're old and tired. Go on. We have beaten you – leave like beaten rats. You old white people, it is your duty to die. Right now, we're already controlling those elections, whether it's by violence or nonviolence.... " Augustin Cebada, information minister of Brown Berets, militant para-military soldiers of Aztlan shouting at U.S. citizens at an Independence Day rally in Los Angeles." And, "We're here today and we vote tomorrow." Yep, that's exactly how racist Antonio Villagarosa got "elected" mayor of Los Angeles: illegals voting."

Due to the cowardice on the part of Congress and talk of a so-called amnesty plan, which is nothing more than a cave in to pressure by a million criminals marching through American cities, a new and massive rush is on by illegals to smuggle themselves across the border (news item here). Congress takes this issue so seriously, they're on vacation and could care less about the danger to our border patrol or citizens along the paths where this renewed push of human smuggling is taking place. And, speaking of vacations, you should read this latest column by Phyllis Schafly titled 'Bush's Spring Frolic in Cancun'. In this column, Schafly unleashes this bombshell: "We would like to see the shocking 2004 campaign video just discovered by the Los Angeles Times, which Bush secretly mailed to Latino voters all over the country. Narrated by Bush, the video shows Bush waving a Mexican flag and describing U.S. citizens in Texas as foreigners in Mexico's native land."

Illegals continue to take jobs away from Americans:

Arrival of aliens ousts U.S. Workers The Washington Times, April 10, 2006

"An Alabama employment agency that sent 70 laborers and construction workers to job sites in that state in the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina says the men were sent home after just two weeks on the job by employers who told them "the Mexicans had arrived" and were willing to work for less. Linda Swope, who operates Complete Employment Services Inc. in Mobile, Ala., told The Washington Times last week that the workers -- whom she described as U.S. citizens, residents of Alabama and predominantly black -- had been "urgently requested" by contractors hired to rebuild and clear devastated areas of the state, but were told to leave three job sites when the foreign workers showed up.

"After Katrina, our company had 70 workers on the job the first day, but the companies decided they didn't need them anymore because the Mexicans had arrived," Mrs. Swope said. "I assure you it is not true that Americans don't want to work. We had been told that 270 jobs might be available, and we could have filled every one of them with men from this area, most of whom lost their jobs because of the hurricane," she said. "When we told the guys they would not be needed, they actually cried ... and we cried with them. This is a shame."

"Mrs. Swope said employment agencies throughout Alabama, Louisiana and Mississippi faced similar problems, when thousands of men from Mexico and several Central and South American countries -- many in crowded buses and trucks -- came into the three states after Katrina, looking for employment and willing to work for less money. The number of foreign workers who flooded the area after the hurricane has been estimated at more than 30,000. Many of them have been identified by law enforcement authorities and others as illegal aliens."

Those companies that hired these illegals should be charged with felonies and their owners forced to serve jail time. According to this article, some of the NAMED companies were working on contracts for FEMA and other government agencies. Why are these agencies of the federal government getting away with hiring those who have NO right to work in this country? More lunacy is exposed in this article: "Would-be employers in Alabama, Louisiana and Mississippi, awash in cleanup and reconstruction jobs, faced little in the way of legal problems in hiring the illegal aliens after Katrina because the Department of Homeland Security temporarily suspended the sanctioning of employers who hired workers unable to document their citizenship."

While those of Mexican or Latin American ancestry ignorantly parrot this is a race issue, I have pointed out many times that the issue is not one of race, but of making sure our laws are upheld, stopping diseased individuals from entering this country and spreading them, keeping out the criminal element, security and terrorists. By the way, while you're writing a check for more money today to the IRS on top of what's already been stolen from you during the year via this hoax called "withholding," between 2000 and 2004, Congress unconstitutionally picked your pocket to send $3 MILLION dollars per year to fight TB in Mexico. There isn't a scintilla, not a single sentence in the U.S. Constitution, Art. 1, Sec. 8, which allows Congress to steal from you to fund this type of foreign welfare, and yet, the American people will vote back the same thieves to Congress election after election. It's a form of insanity.

On April 13, 2006, the Seattle Times carried a news item which reinforces my statement that it's not about illegals just from Mexico: U.S., Canada crack human [Pakistanis, Indians] smuggling ring, indict 14. "BLAINE — U.S. and Canadian officials announced Wednesday that they have broken up a human smuggling ring that charged up to $35,000 per person to illegally funnel dozens of Pakistani and Indian nationals from British Columbia into Washington state.

"Wednesday's announcement came one week after 22 Chinese nationals were apprehended at Seattle's Harbor Island after being smuggled into the U.S. inside a shipping container aboard a cargo ship. The 22 stowaways told authorities they each paid a smuggling operation $10,000 to get into the U.S. from Shanghai. But Winchell pointed out that the smuggling operation uncovered in Seattle represented a different facet of the $10 billion per year human smuggling industry."

Illegals' Amnesty Could Cost $60 Billion a Year, Group Says By Randy Hall/CNSNews.com Staff Writer/Editor April 11, 2006

"(CNSNews.com) - If an illegal immigrant amnesty or guest worker program similar to the ones being contemplated by the U.S. Senate and supported by President Bush were enacted, the cost to state and local governments would be staggering, an immigration reform group charged Tuesday. The Federation for American Immigration Reform (FAIR) estimates that state and local costs associated with illegal immigration for public education, health care and incarceration, now about $36 billion a year, would balloon to $61.5 billion by 2010 -- a 70 percent increase -- and increase to $106.3 billion by 2020. As a result of an amnesty and a vastly expanded guest worker program, millions of current illegal aliens would gain legal access to government programs and services, a FAIR analysis states.

"Moreover, newly legalized aliens would be allowed to bring their dependents to this country, adding to the burdens on schools and public health care. Similarly, state and local governments would have to provide for the education and health care of the dependents of the 400,000 new guest workers called for in the Senate proposal. "From every possible angle, an illegal alien amnesty and guest worker program would be a fiscal and administrative nightmare," said Dan Stein, president of FAIR. "Never mind the fact that an illegal alien amnesty is a moral betrayal of the American public and immigrants who played by the rules. "It would be an unfunded federal mandate that will bankrupt states, counties and cities all across the United States," Stein added.

"Contrary to claims by proponents of amnesty, the tax contributions of newly legalized illegal aliens would not offset the additional costs, he stated. The estimated 12 million illegal aliens in the U.S. are overwhelmingly poorly educated and low skilled. Even with legalization, their earning potential would be very limited, Stein noted. With the ability to legitimately claim dependents on their returns, their tax contributions would be negligible at best, and with programs like the Earned Income Tax Credit, many will actually get more back than they pay in. None of the federal or local costs associated with an illegal alien amnesty or a massive guest worker program has even been considered as part of the Senate's deliberations, he said.

"When asked point blank about the ramifications of their proposed legislation, Senate amnesty and guest worker supporters admitted that they have not been worked out. "The devil is in the details," said the ranking Democrat on the Judiciary Committee, Patrick Leahy of Vermont. 'The devil is in the details' is an utterly reckless and irresponsible way to conduct public policy," responded Stein. "The fiscal, social, environmental and demographic consequences of what the Senate is proposing would be staggering. A breakdown of the calculation of amnesty costs and a state by state impact analysis can be found at FAIR's web site."

The sacking of the people's treasury to fund the illegals invasion has easily topped almost a half TRILLION dollars just in the last decade alone. The feds and states are picking your pockets clean to support tens of millions of illegals which include murderers, rapists, child molesters and those openly advocating sedition and taking back the four border states. It must be stopped and NO amnesty, period. Congress goes back into session on April 24th. Please join millions of us who do care about this republic, the rule of law and stopping this invasion. Both Frosty Wooldridge and I have listed the organizations you can contact at the bottom of our columns here and here.

Note....part 2 is not about illegal aliens, but it seemed stupid to put it in another Forum.

    The federal swindle

"The suppression of unnecessary offices, of useless establishments and expenses enabled us to discontinue internal taxes. These covering our land with officers and opening our doors to their intrusions, had already begun that process of domiciliary vexation which, once entered, is scarcely to be restrained from reaching successively every article of produce and property." --Thomas Jefferson: 2nd Inaugural, 1805. ME 3:376

April 15th isn't tax day. This year you will have slave until April 26th to enrich the international banking cartel, fund their endless wars, dump millions into the laps of tin pot dictators around the world and continue paying usury on the Congressionally created "national debt." For those who believe their income tax dollars are funding the TRILLION dollars worth of "entitlement" and welfare unconstitutionally being doled out by the hookers in Congress who allow their favors to be purchased by the highest bidder, you need to take the time to learn exactly how the income tax and the privately owned "Federal" Reserve Banking System actually work. Only by taking your precious time to do this research will you come to understand how the people's treasury has been sacked by robber banker barons since 1913 and how you are being literally raped of the fruits of your labor to fund your own destruction.

I can't stress enough: big trouble is coming. Bush, his cohorts, Congress and the dominant, controlled media are lying to you about this economy, i.e.:

"Oracle, for example, which has been handing out thousands of pink slips, has recently announced two thousand more jobs being moved to India. How is Oracle's move of US jobs to India creating jobs in the US for waitresses and bartenders, hospital orderlies, state and local government and credit agencies, the only areas of job growth?

"If offshore jobs outsourcing is good for US employment, why won't the US Department of Commerce release the 200-page, $335,000 study of the impact of the offshoring of US high-tech jobs? Republican political appointees reduced the 200-page report to 12 pages of public relations hype and refuse to allow the Technology Administration experts who wrote the report to testify before Congress. Democrats on the House Science Committee are unable to pry the study out of the hands of Commerce Secretary Carlos Gutierrez. Obviously, the facts don't fit the Bush regime's globalization hype.

"The only thing America has left is finance, and now that is moving abroad. On February 22 CNNMoney.com reported that America's large financial institutions are moving "large portions of their investment banking operations abroad." No longer limited to back-office work, offshoring is now killing American jobs in research and analytic operations, foreign exchange trades and highly complicated credit derivatives contracts. Deal-making responsibility itself may eventually move abroad. Deloitte Touche says that the financial services industry will move 20 percent of its total costs base offshore by the end of 2010. As the costs are lower in India, that will represent more than 20 percent of the business. A job on Wall St is a declining option for bright young persons with high stress tolerance." (Column here)

STOP buying products or services from companies selling US out to foreign workers. I refuse to speak with any service rep in a foreign country. Sure, it takes me a few extra minutes to get a live person at a corporate office, but I will spend those few minutes to protect YOUR job because I believe in my fellow country men and women and America. STOP buying stock in corporations that outsource and are closing plants or facilities in the U.S, shipping OUR jobs overseas. We have tremendous power via our wallets and if we want to save what's left of our economy, we must all learn to pick and choose which companies will get our money. The message will get to the corporate heads when their foreign junk sits on the shelves and rots. If you own stock in any corporation that has been selling us out to foreign labor or hiring illegals, you are participating in the destruction of our republic.

In a March 20, 2006, column, Christopher Laird provides an important essay on just how precarious the situation is:

"There is an unprecedented derivatives atom bomb waiting to collapse. The derivatives outstanding according to the Bank of International Settlements (BIS) has grown from roughly $20 trillion of value in the early 1990’s to about $300 trillion now. The Fed and US banking authorities have had two meetings in the last year to address the fact that there is a very large percentage of these derivatives agreements that are not closing their paperwork within even a month of their creation! The Fed and other regulatory agencies are very concerned that the Banking industry cannot handle the volume.

"Warren Buffett has stated that derivatives are weapons of financial mass destruction, due to their incredible leverage. Every year now, we hear of old time banks and new ones going broke in a day or two when a derivatives trade goes south for them. The recent victims are the Chinese petroleum procuring company that lost about $700 million in some air fuel hedges gone wrong. The trader responsible has been arrested, as I recall, and probably going to rot in a Chinese work prison."

Bob Chapman puts out the International Forecaster newsletter. After reading it for many years, it is amazing how on point he is in predicting future market moves and how it affects your world. In a recent edition, Bob warns the American people:

"Today, like in the late 1920s, there is no sound money and credit. We live in a fiat financial structure underpinned with fiat currencies. This unsound monetary backdrop, like before, has created asset inflation, resource misallocations, speculation that will eventually bring about destabilization, unbridled non-productive debt expansion, wealth redistribution expedited by offshoring and outsourcing, a form of international socialization and an economic system now riddled with holes. This condition was not only created by the Fed and other central banks, governmental fiscal profligacy, but also a new factor the advent of electronic money, so to speak outside our historic system. Unchecked non-productive credit expansion is at the heart of contemporary monetary inflation. Inflation that is officially understated by more than 50% in a system devised to deceive not only the public but professionals as well....

"The typical American family has $3,800 in the bank. No one has a retirement account, and the neighbors who do, have $35,000 in theirs. They have no mutual funds, stocks or bonds. The house is worth $160,000, but the family owes $95,000 on it to the bank. The breadwinners make more than $43,000 a year, but cannot manage to pay off a $2,200 credit card balance. That is the portrait of the median American household as pointed out by the Fed’s Survey of Consumer Finances...

"Yes, what we are seeing in derivative trading is incredible. It's like all the failures we had in the late 70s. That was in millions. This is in trillions. The total stock of unconfirmed trades is large and until recently was growing considerably faster than the total value of transactions. Most trades are being assigned without the knowledge of consent of the original counter-parties. All these fail to deliver problems have to adversely affect brokerage house earnings.

"Foreigners own 27% of our mining industry; 24% of our information industry; 20% of our manufacturing or what's left of it; 20% of professional, scientific and technical services; 11% of our finance and insurance industries and 45% of US government debt is foreign owned. The reason for concern is that American owned industry usually reinvests in America, whereas foreigners more often than not take their money home. Foreigners could end up owning more than 50% of our country.... <>

"This is not good news...As we reported three weeks ago, Washington Mutual, one of our largest mortgage lenders, shut 38% of their loan processing centers and laid off 2,500 workers. We are in the age of Wall Street finance – the engine of global leveraged speculation...Understanding the problem is simple and the solution is, there is no way out. Wall Street understands what they are facing and they'll play their hand until the bitter end hoping they survive. We are witnessing one of the greatest destabilizing speculative periods of all time. We are going to reap the consequences of unsound money and credit. Your only investment alternative is gold and silver related assets. This is the only mechanism for protecting your wealth."

Stupid Americans. You've sold off chunks of America for the almighty dollars. That's just a teeny, tiny glimpse into the future. Another huge danger that so few Americans know about (including me until a gentleman sent me mail asking me to please research the issue) is something called "naked short selling": "It is blatantly stealing from the companies that are being invested in, all the way down to the small time investor, and allowing huge hedge funds, and off shore banks to totally decimate the fabric of investing, and walk away scot-free with their ill gotten gains from plenty!" To learn more about this, please click here.

When this economy goes, you won't see poltroons like pro-communist advocate Diane Feinstein, Marxist Hillary Clinton, Bill Frist, Denny Hastert or any other member of Congress going to jail, but you will see everything you have ever worked for gone when this house of cards collapses under a monstrous mountain of debt. The "plunge protection team" that fronts for the banking cartel is doing their best to prop the situation up for public consumption, but those in the industry like Harvey Gordin of El Dorado Gold, someone who was on Wall Street for 23 years, knows better. There is a reason gold is going up and why it is still the best hedge against what's coming: Impending Debt Disaster.

The key is to understand the relationship between the income tax and the "Fed." It is critical people realize that not a penny of their "income tax" dollars fund a single function of this tyrannical government - it's all borrowed paper. While this document is long (click here), I urge you to take the time to read it and understand that as long the privately owned "Federal" Reserve remains, you and your children and their children - if our republic lasts that long - will be nothing more than beasts of burden for the rich elites of the world. I also urge you to read another document which, by necessity is also long, but critical in understanding exactly how the U.S. Congress continues to fleece the people's purse:

"On May 23, 1933, Congressman, Louis T. McFadden, brought formal charges against the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve Bank system, The Comptroller of the Currency and the Secretary of United States Treasury for numerous criminal acts, including but not limited to, Conspiracy, Fraud, Unlawful Conversion and Treason. The petition for Articles of Impeachment was thereafter referred to the Judiciary Committee and has yet to be acted on." This amazing document can be read here.

    It is scary.

It is something I have been saying for a few years - oh I don't know a thing bout Wall Street and derivitives (??)

We all know that Americans have no savings, they are in debt up to their ears.

Jobs have been going overseas like crazy and illegals have been coming here taking jobs and driving down other wages.

Prices have been going up despite the stories we hear about inflation. We all know taxes, insurance, food, and healthcare have/are rising dramatically. How then can we have almost no inflation? Can it have something to do with the 'adjustments' they make?

People have bought into the overpriced housing market.

A country whose largest employer is a retail discount store that sells shoddy imported goods, just could not have a solid economy.
