At the same time, Gheen is putting politicians in Washington D.C. on notice. That was quite hilarious considering that as a Political Action Committee, ALIPAC spends less than 5% of political contributions on elections -- and Gheen himself pockets half the donations.

Good article Prerna and spot on. You did make a small error in your reporting though.
According to Gheen's FEC reports, he values himself at $3500.00 a month.
His begathons gross him about $56000.00 a year from his naive donors (list available to those who are curious)
So you take his $42,000.00 salary away from the gross, he has $14,000 remaining to spend on $875 shopping sprees at Belk's, so he can look good for his little attended public appearances. His $1700 a year cable bill. His phone bills and other expenses to massage his massive ego.
Come to think of it, when you add it all up, the numbers don't match. Could he be lying again? This time to the Federal Government?
Are perhaps he is receiving "Secret" funding from the Tanton network, who he tries to emulate and admires.

Making up facts to suit our reality is something we should learn from them. I can take a stab at it right now. Legalizing undocumented immigrants will pump $1,500,000,000,000 into the economy whereas deporting them all would cost us around $2,500,000,000,000. Oh, wait: that is documented research
Actually it is not "documented research" when Hinojosa uses words like scenario and could to insinuate a benefit, these are not facts, they are at best a possibility. Once again, Prerna, you use a word to describe something that is in fact incorrect, just like your "solvent" on the SS thread when "bolster" is the correct word. You are mis-leading people into believing what you want them to believe by mis-interpretation on your behalf.

HaHa....that was funny. Gheen will keep it up as long as he can get his inept followers energized enough to keep feeding his bank account. Eventually the laws will change and Gheen will be richer and his followers will be poorer.
As for New Jersey.....well, I give Jon Corizine and the blue ribbon panel lots of credit for trying to get this passed. As for New Jersey being anti-immigrant. If any of these Anti's actually believe that then they are dreaming. New Jersey has a huge diverse culture. And may I remind them that Lonegan (who used Immigration on his platform) lost significanty in the primary when he ran against Chris Christie. New Jersey Republicans are fiscally conservative but liberal on humanitarian issues for the most part. Democrats have the numbers with the NJ minority base....so Anti's in Jersey. No way.

I just find it amusing how so many people on this site refer to illegal aliens as "immigrants" They are not Immigrants. Look it up in the dictionary. There is a big big difference between illegal aliens and immigrants. Learn the law losers!!

Thank you Porter. You say what I think. Many of times I get so darn offended at what some of these "right wingers" write on this blog. I hold back and try not to engage in personal attacks but they do deserve it. I suppose I will continue to act like a lady irregardless to how ridiculous these trolls are.
Can you imagine? Choosing a name such as: Deportallel...Now
It's the same talking points they use over and over again and they continue to engage in personal attacks.
How disgustingly meanspirited and disrespectful is that! This person is on a blog that is designed for us to engage with real solution's with real intelligent dialog and they continue to try to throw us off our tracks.
Well, Porter they aren't going to win this time. They aren't going to keep American's from coming up with real solution's to fix the horrible mess they caused in our country. They use these personal attacks to gain their political agendas, and that is their game.

Hey gang, what is all this nasty enemy propaganda doing on our site?
ALIPAC raises over 100,000 per year and No I do not "pocket half the donations" or "pocket 80% of the donations" as claimed by these illegal alien supporting trolls.
Yes, I do collect a full time salary and you get 65+ hours per week out of me for it. Our Treasurer Jane gets a whopping 600 dollars per month for her part time work.
ALIPAC is a non profit organization and like most non profits we have paid staffers.
I hope we can raise more money in the future and hire more people because we get a hell of a lot done for very little money.
Our finances are, and always have been, a matter of public record at the FEC. Unlike most other groups, we chose to form as a PAC because all of our financial records are completely transparent.
Every dime we have ever spent is online. Everything I've ever had to say is right here at alipac.us
It's all out in the open and we are proud of what we have accomplished. I work for ALIPAC for far less than I would be making if I returned to consulting because I care deeply about this issue. My salary is far less than the salaries of the Execs at La Raza, SPLC, ADL, etc....

MEXICO'S IMMIGRATION LAWS & ILLEGAL ALIENS

Recently Mexican President Calderon has been very outspoken, critical on U.S. Immigration law enforcement efforts and supports Amnesty for all illegal aliens from Mexico residing, working in this nation.
Contrary to popular belief, Mexico has very strict immigration laws which are enforced by every police agency in the country. The Bureau of Immigration can call upon any law enforcement officer to assist in their mission. Citizens from the United States traveling in Mexico without proper documents, work permits or non immigrant visas are subject to arrest as illegal aliens.
The laws regarding foreign national visitors, immigrants, non-citizens are as clear and concise in Mexico as are our own U.S. laws which are considered unenforceable by many politicians in Washington, D.C.
* Reglamento de la Ley General de Poblacion (General Law on Population) in Spanish dated Abril 14 de 2000 Capitulo Quinto --Migracion Seccion 1
Mexico welcomes only foreigners who will be useful to Mexican society:
Foreigners are admitted into Mexico "according to their possibilities of contributing to national progress."
Immigration officials must "ensure" that "immigrants will be useful elements for the country and that they have the necessary funds for their sustenance" and for their dependents.
Foreigners may be barred from the country if their presence upsets "the equilibrium of the national demographics," when foreigners are deemed detrimental to "economic or national interests," when they do not behave like good citizens in their own country, when they have broken Mexican laws, and when "they are not found to be physically or mentally healthy."
The Secretary of Governance may "suspend or prohibit the admission of foreigners when he determines it to be in the national interest."
Mexican authorities must keep track of every single person in the country:
Federal, local and municipal police must cooperate with federal immigration authorities upon request to assist in the arrests of illegal immigrants.
A National Population Registry keeps track of "every single individual who comprises the population of the country," and verifies each individual's identity.
A national Catalog of Foreigners tracks foreign tourists and immigrants and assigns each individual with a unique tracking number.
Foreigners with fake papers, or who enter the country under false pretenses, may be Imprisoned. Foreigners with fake immigration papers may be fined or imprisoned.
Foreigners who sign government documents "with a signature that is false or different is subject to fine and imprisonment.
Foreigners who fail to obey the rules will be fined, deported, and/or imprisoned as Felons. Foreigners who fail to obey a deportation order are to be punished.
Foreigners who are deported from Mexico and attempt to re-enter the country without authorization can be imprisoned for up to 10 years.
Foreigners who violate the terms of their visa may be sentenced to up to six years in prison . Foreigners who misrepresent the terms of their visa while in Mexico -- such as working with out a permit -- can also be imprisoned.
Under Mexican law, illegal immigration is a felony. The General Law on Population States…
"A penalty of up to two years in prison and a fine of three hundred to five thousand pesos will be imposed on the foreigner who enters the country illegally."
Foreigners with legal immigration problems may be deported from Mexico instead of being imprisoned. Foreigners who have contempt against national sovereignty or security" will be deported.
Mexicans who help illegal aliens enter the country are themselves considered criminals .Under the law, A Mexican who marries a foreigner with the sole objective of helping the foreigner live in the country is subject to up to five years in prison.
Shipping and airline companies that bring undocumented foreigners into Mexico will be fined. The general immigration laws of Mexico are very similar to 8 U.S. Codes of the I&N Act. The review of basic Immigration laws of various nations including Mexico have been researched by various authors including Professor Michael Waller and Reports for U.S. Congress. Open border advocates, special interest groups in the United States do not appreciate this information made public although the facts have been readily available and widely distributed. Condemning U.S. Laws as cruel and inhumane lacks any measure of common sense when the majority of nations in the world including Mexico have very strict immigration policies.

Lovely to read the screwy wisdom of Cornpone, or was that Corn porter, perhaps Porter Corn. Apparently he sits on rear end in Mexico and runs websites determined to bring down the US and get all Mexicans US citizenship. Poor fella does not impress nor make any substantive points that are not fueled by hatred and ridicoulousness for this country and what it stands for.
As far as basis in fact for any of his points, I wish to make the following observation: he wets his bed at night. I can spew baseless information and blather just as well.Join our efforts to Secure America's Borders and End Illegal Immigration by Joining ALIPAC's E-Mail Alerts network (CLICK HERE)
