Randy Graf calls for campaign help!

Randy Graf campaign sabotaged by the national GOP

The National Republican Congressional Committee is spending over $100,000 of its
    own
money -- i.e., Republican donors' money -- to intervene in the Arizona District
8 Republican Primary (next Tuesday, Sept. 12) in support of Jim Kolbe's
candidate Steve Huffman and against Randy Graf, who is leading in the polls by
10 percent because of his stand on illegal immigration. The Huffman candidacy is
one of only three races the NRCC is funding with $234,000 in independent
expenditures. The money spent in Arizona is buying radio and TV ads promoting
Huffman as a strong advocate of border control and the only Republican who can
beat the Democrats, totally ignoring the fact that Huffman is for publicly
supporting amnesty for 12 million current illegal aliens and is a
    johnny-come-lately to border security.

The Colorado Republican Party through its chairman Bob Martinez has also
intervened in that Arizona Republican Primary by giving $5,000 directly to the
Huffman campaign. Colorado Republicans should call him and ask for their own
donations to the CRP to be returned.

This interference in a Republican primary is contrary to party principles and
    party unity.

If you've had it with these back room deals, please call the NRCC (202)
479-7000. Those in Colorado, please contact Bob Martinez, Chairman, Colorado
State Republican Party (303)758-3333 and express your concerns about state party
money being given to a candidate in another state.....especially Steve Huffman,
a candidate who is not as concerned as Randy Graf is about the serious issue of
    illegal immigration. Read on...

Joint Statement issued by Frank Antenori, Randy Graf, Mike Hellon, and Mike
    Jenkins

"Today, we, four of the five Republican candidates for Congress in Arizona's
Eighth District take a bold step to jointly declare our unified outrage at the
highly unusual actions taken by the National Republican Congressional Committee
(NRCC) to openly support one candidate, Steve Huffman, in this Republican
    primary.

On March 30, 2006, RNC Chairman Ken Mehlman visited Tucson to attend a local
party fundraiser. During his visit, Mehlman held a private meeting with the five
declared candidates for Congress or their representatives. Present at that
meeting were Frank Antenori, Randy Graf, Mike Hellon, and Mike Jenkins. Steve
Huffman sent a representative, his former treasurer, Bill Arnold. At that
private meeting, Mehlman made it clear that the national Republican Party would
stay out of the primary race, promising to help whomever the voters of the
Eighth Congressional District chose as their candidate for Congress in the
upcoming General Election. Those sentiments were echoed by NRCC officials during
private meetings in Washington, D.C. with some candidates in this race. Sadly,
the promises that were made have been broken.

Additionally, the funds expended by the NRCC are monies reserved to defeat
Democrats in the fall, and are not used to work against other Republican
candidates in the primary. That right is usually - and should always be -
    reserved for the voters.

We this latest fiasco, we need to support Randy Graf now, more than ever

Well this certainly isn't anything new!

This is just more confirmation of what I have been saying. At the highest level, the Republican Party is pro-illegal alien, pro-amnesty, and pro open borders.
