There was a book signing event for Sheriff Joe at a local bookstore. Garcia showed up and was encouraging school kids to whack a pinyata effigy of Joe. Then she walked around and did media interviews with the decapitated paper head stuck on her hand saying no big deal, the kids are just havng fun. About 2 years ago I think.

yeah you are correct, it was about two years ago that this wicked woman walked around with the paper head and was having fun with it.
