It should read:
[color=darkred]“Sign a Federal and Youth D.R.E.A.M. Act petitions below and be part of the 15 million signatures to represent the 15 million undocumented immigrants.â€"Distrust and caution are the parents of security."

From the site:
OUR PURPOSE
An organization of young people has devoted themselves to giving humanity to undocumented immigrants and giving voice to the voiceless. This underground youth movement known as the One Dream 2009, appreciate your support. Their national public awareness campaign illuminates the plight of undocumented youth as a dignified human experience for a country did not choose but have grown up in.
OUR GOAL:
To gather 15 million signatures (petitions) in recognition of the number of undocumented individuals in this country requesting an immigration policy that benefits all human beings.
To sell for five dollars, 3 million ‘Human Being’ cards & key chains symbolizing the 3 million undocumented youth in this country in support of the "Whose Dream is it Anyway" DREAM Act.
Present these symbolic messages to the new president on the Inauguration Day, January 20th 2009, the power of people, money and respect representing the voice of human solidarity.
