Does anyone know what is being build on the small plot of land directly in front of the Home Depot on Capital Blvd. in Raleigh?


I have heard Home Depot's in places like California they are building Day labor job sites.

I really hope that are NOT building one here! I haven't been over there in a couple of weeks, but I thought someone that reads this board might know or be able to find out.
