Alexander amendment (SA 3967)

Summary: Removes provisions authorizing DHS to establish: (1) the United States Citizenship and Immigration Foundation for charitable and educational purposes; and (2) a competitive grant program that provides financial assistance to nonprofit organizations and faith-based groups that support civics and English-as-a-second-language activities.
