Spoke with Sessions office this morning and asked if there was going to be a amendment brought forward against this and if so what is the number? They said they didn't know exactly how they were going to approach it yet, but to keep an eye out for it.

OK , called Senator Nelson again , he still has "No Position" on the AG bill .
But he is upset it was put into a War Funding bill (thats great from this Senator) . I asked zeezils question and the Senators aid fell out of his chair . He promised the Senator would review that question . That Aid was on the ball much more than Martinez's people

Told him Americans want a National Referendum on this immigration reform madness. Once and for all, let our voices be heard and let that be the end of it! Either Yea or Nae! We know which one it will be, so the politicians need to let us vote on it! Enough BS every other day!

Durbins office was nice, wrote down all the points, been getting alot of calls and wouldn't say which way he'd go till it got to the floor for discussion. Durbin is pro-open borders, so I don't expect much. I did ask about whether this was for those already here or would it also include more people comming over......apparently it includes both. Some for amnesty here and oppertunity for more to come. More "I don't know" answers than anything.

Took a while but I finally got into Feinsteins office.

Was it a staffer you spoke to ? They're always rude, so there's no reason to be nice on our end.

We had a crisis here yesterday. Two houses caught fire. One two doors down, and another four doors away. It took the the fire dept forver to get here ! The good news is that they contained the fires, with little damage done. We were without power all afternoon and evening. That meant my phones were out too. They have big gererators parked out front of my house along with a big Edison truck blocking my driveway. Everytime I pick up the phone, the power goes out again. I'm still hoping to make some calls, and Feinstein is first on my hit list.

Sen. Bond supports, but Sen. DeMint's office said he very much opposes.

I called my 2 Senators...Sen. Thune is a GOOD man..He votes in our favor...
Now Sen. Johnson usually votes PARTY LINES...

Just blasted Bond's office. They are always quiet when you say you live in AG country and we use the H-2A visas and there's no reason to legalize these law breakers. Just increase the H-2A visas and make sure they go back home. Use a temporary worker program so they go back home. We don't legalize people who thumb their noses at our laws.

I did get through to Feinsteins' LA office, and for once got a polite staffer on the phone. She said she'd pass along my message. We all Know where Feinstein stands, obviously, but you gotta do what you gotta do !
