    OK, it's early and I'm half asleep, but... let me ask the obvious lingering question...(just to make sure 'I don't have a cow' prematurely...)

    Is it 100% certain this is one and the same person? ('Juan Hernandez' in Mexico is like a 'John Smith' here, well, just about...)

    Oh, forgot to say... He gives me the creeps!

    Juan Hernandez is a friend of Fredo's who gave me his number in order to discuss job creation in Mexico. Hernandez really is not interested in improvement in Mexico. If he was sincere he would be putting effort into making things better there. He is all about getting money from US foundation grants to pursue amnesty for the illegals.
