Thread: OH PLEASE HOW STUPID!

I haven`t been around here for quite awhile and haven`t posted in a long time, but I need to say something! but I do have to say whether or not anyone agrees I don`t give two sh**s . This WHOLE F*$#ing thing IS SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO STUPID. I mean the GOVERNMENHT that is! I would never give MY MONEY to a Finicial advisor and or investor to invest my money when thier record is nothing but looooooosing money!
I don`t get how anyone would trust any one that RUNS OUR COUNTRY INTO THE HOLE,EVEN WORTH VOTING FOR! Its just going to be the same old s%#T There is a WHOLE lot more that we don`t even know About! The behind close doors BS has been going on for a long long time! I`m to the point I don`t even want to look for work! I have worked for Manufacturing my whole life, And I DO NOT WANT TO WORK with a bunch of racist (that don`t want to assimulate into AMERICAN CULTURE!!!! and tell me to speak spanish! and that I`m racist!) How dare anyone demonize my religon as a christian, How dare anyone demonize my countrys flag! To Hell with All that hates MY AMERICA! pjwishes, it is very upsetting, frustating and frightening. They have become so arrogrant and bloated with a false sense of power. I think that if we support "states Rights" legislation individual states can determine their own fate and let the pompous fascist idiots go pound sand in Mexico.

I'm with you pjwishes. Americans deserve better than this. It's a disgrace what's happening to our people and our country. It's heart-breaking too, to have a nation of people who have done more to advance a society than any nation in history and in our lifetimes watch it's demise.

All of this will not be an issue any longer if we allow our Congress to ratify the Copenhagen Treaty after the traitor in the White House hands over our sovereignty by signing it.

The Copenhagen Treaty must be stopped, no doubt about that.

I can't find the article at the moment but according to what it says, the key to fighting the Copenhagen Treaty is defeating the current Climate Change bill in Congress. We need to keep on top of it!

I have read on other blogs, and some older posts on this one, that Obama does not intend to attend the Copenhagen meeting, he intends to pick up his Nobel prize instead. Also, if Cap and Trade has not passed in the Senate he would not be in a position to sign it anyway because his so-called climate bill would have been defeated. So the main thing in my estimation is to tell all of your representatives in the Senate and the House you do not want this terrible legislation to pass. (Sen Imhofe has repeated his opinion that he does not believe Cap and Trade has anywhere near the 60 votes it would need in the Senate. He says he doubts if it could get 30.)

If by some strange sequence of events Obama did sign the treaty, it is not binding until ratified by two thirds of the Senate (67 votes). I don't see that happening. But, if it did, the treaty still can not, under the US Constitution, interfere with any of our rights that are established by the US Constitution, although it could take precedence over states' laws and states' constitutions. That would not be a good thing, but it would probably be rescinded anyway, in 2013, when we also rescind Obama and his cronies.

PJ-if it's any comfort, I don't think we've seen ANYTHING yet from the good people of America. Just wait until 2010 about a year from now! I hear comments daily from people who say they have never, EVER been so pissed off at the govt like they are now! Can you imagine what it will be like in a year?

One good thing about Obama is he is taking the country downhill very fast, so hopefully people will snap out of thier beauty sleep FAST!

Thanks for the info, 4thHorseman. We'll do everything possible to defeat this insidious socialist treasonous cap and tax bill. It looks right now like it's stuck in the Senate. We'll lobby to keep there until this session is over and kaput it into the trash can permanently when we kick these creeps in the House out of the Congress, and a pile of Senators to go with them.
