Report(s) From Junction Jim at Campo 8-2 and 8-3

    August 2, 2005
Last night saw relative calm on the Border, as a Tuesday night is
about halfway between the weekends, when the goons are at full
strength. Godzilla War Wagon Returned from an errand to a nearby
city. One of the legal observers' cars "staked" us out at basecamp
for most of the night. I'm not so sure that they aren't in with the
goons. We treat them as though they are, whether they actually are
or not. The "observers" asked where Godzilla was at, and I told
them that I didn't know, but it would be here for sure, by tonight.
It is amazing how much fear the goons and others have for an old
Chevy Suburban jacked up in the air, with a platform on top from
which illegal alien rock throwers can be punished by accurately
thrown missles from atop the "war wagon" named Godzilla. It is
already a legend amongst both MM and goons alike. Several of us
spent about an hour or so working on Godzilla this morning, making
much needed repairs to the battery and ignition systems. Apparently
Godzilla picked an inopertune time to not fire up as Cindy Lou from
Texas and Big Bird were just a few yards from the goons' camp. Last
weekend Cindy Lou snuck up on the goons' camp and plastered a MMP
sticker on one of the goons' two portable toilets! They are so dumb,
and illeterate, it is still there four days later! Everyone,
including B.P. agents, read it as they drive by the goons' camp, on
their way to where ever, and get a good little chuckle! Further
events are planned for the goons' camp by Cindy Lou, before the MM
leave Ca. She really does have an evil mind! Around 11:30 PM a loud
shout was heard from beyond the Border Fence in Mexico, about 50
yards or so, south of the fence. It was followed by another, not
quite as loud a shout. It was heard and verified by both the base
camp and position 140, which is just slightly to our west, from where
I was positioned at 141 base camp. Despite intense sweeps with both
night vision and 10 million candlepower lights, no one was visible!
The legal observers' car was north of the Border fence in this
general area, and it is believed that a signal was trying to be sent
to that car in an attempt to secure a ride out. Earlier on, before
the shouts coming out of the desert, one of the locals came down the
Border fence road at a high rate of speed, and upon getting out, the
guy wanted to help us "catch" some Mexicans. We told him
that "catching" them was NOT what we did, and that he would have to
become a MM before he could be on station with us, anyway. The guy
was obviously drunk, and even Brett had a hard time persuading him to
leave. We then found out who the guy was, as he said he was the guy
who had put the $200.00 credit at the hamburger stand for MM to use!
He said he was going to put another $100.00 on it today, but he was
so drunk I don't know if he'll even remember where he was at last
night. I could sure use a couple of chocolate malts, though. When I
was up at the gas station yesterday, getting gas for our generator,
the goon that drives the little red jeep pulled in behind me at the
pumps. He was very sheepish looking as I told him Buenos Tardes, to
break the awkwardness of the situation. He smiled and returned my
greeting, which is almost automatic in the Spanish Language. " La
pinche gasolina is muy caro aqui,no?", I stated. "Si, es muy caro,"
the goon replied, almost laughing. Having obtained my two extra gas
cans and much needed gas for the generator, and having done my "good
deed for the day," in goon-MM relations, I drove off to base camp.
This morning, after hauling cans and water bottles back to the VFW,
and taking "special requests" for cigarettes from Tom, the recon
marine, a shower, breakfast, Godzilla repair, and lunch with Cindy
Lou, rounded out the last 24 hour cycle in the life of a Ca. MM
Volunteer from Colorado. More to come tomorrow.

Would someone please post this to the Lonestar Texas MM group as CL
usually does this. I can't because of the way these library
computers are set up here in Potrero.

Last night was hectic and productive. Yesterday two of the local MM
members volunteered the use of their houses and pools for us. One of
them had a free spaghetti dinner with watermelon. The first one I
went to brought out hot from the oven, chocolate chip cookies, to the
poolside! The second one had a free spaghetti dinner, with
watermelon dessert! MM volunteers went into the field with full
bellies, and tired muscles, but great spirits, to confront the most
evil of narcotics trafficers and people smugglers. We had a
relatively skeleton crew of seasoned, bleary eyed veterans. We
dispersed along a westerly line extending from the base camp at 141,
where I am assigned with Brett and Tom. We had two new recruits who
are of Mexican descent, who are steveadors down from Long Beach.
Around 9:00 PM a thunderstorm was threatening, it got very dark, and
the wind picked up. The two Hispanic new guys were the ones who
spotted the little Indians SNEAKING through our positions between
stations 138 and 139. I believe they were on either 139 or 140.
#141 is base camp, but they won't try to sneak through by us anymore,
because of the light and continuous sweeps we conduct. With enough
bodies we could do this at all positions, but it is not feasable at
the current time due to manpower problems. About 6-8 little Indians
were reported to the B.P., but I haven't heard whether or not they
were caught yet. We have shut down Gloria Canyon so well, that Smith
Canyon(next canyon to the East) is now running full of aliens. I see
the B.P. bus nearly full every morning, going back to Tijuana, Mexico
to deport them...again. After seeing the little Indians get in, one
of the Hispanics turned in his gun and left, as he was so mad he said
he might shoot one of them tonight, but would be back tomorrow, for
duty. About 2oAM this morning we were assaulted by the goons. I
had crashed about 12:00AM, so I was sound asleep when they hit. Damn
irritating, to say the least. Ya got ta keep your cool man. It sure
is hard. I know how the new Hispanic felt. All of the vets knew
what this meant. The goons are a diversion. Aliens will be crossing
somewher on the line nearby. The noise is to cover up the sound of
the aliens climbing the fence, and the lights are to blind us, so we
can't see where it is occurring at. Big Bob's crew, who included the
Godzilla War Wagon's Crew, including Cindy Lou and Big Bird came
running when they saw what was happening, and almost caught them as
they ran back into Mexico. One of the alien's backpack fell off as
he attempted to elude Godzilla. I can't tell you anything other than
there was much intelligence gleaned from this acquisition. The info
was turned over to B.P. intelligence this morning. All in all a good
night's work! These are the times that make the rest of the times
worth while. It's hot, I'm tired,so consider yourself lucky to be
getting any report at all today.

Yes, but they need help, they are so shorthanded out there at Campo..you'd think that some of the citizens of California would be somewhat interested in circumventing the entry of 1,000's MORE illegals and drugs and disease and you name it. Instead there are people from other states doing the job they should be helping to do...

And, to my mind, those protesters should be arrested. They are guaranteed the right of PEACEFUL protest and what they're doing goes well beyond peaceful.
