Reporters relentlessly grill President Obama's spokesperson on Iran Ransom Deal

Iran is conniving their way to being a nuclear power, and with the intent to wipe out Israel.

I will say one thing though about inherent conservative stupidity...which seems to lead us back to oil dependence and effectively prop up Middle Eastern goons. Most people around the world don't want to get involved in war with the United States. They simply want to be modern consumers, like Americans are. By not seizing upon worldwide demand for efficient electricity and modern consumer appliances we are just losing friends for ourselves. And countries like China are stepping in to fill the void. China and Russia are right now providing some of these creepiest places on earth with nuclear power plants.

It would be better for us to be able to market them efficient energy generation----BUT ONLY AFTER HARD AND FAST AGREEMENTS ARE MADE TO NEUTRALIZE ANY MILITARY THREATS AGAINST US. We could deal our way to a safer world---which is kind of what Reagan did with Russia. Trump is talking about it, and I think he has good intentions. But whether this kind of populist vision could endure hardened political creeps from both sides is questionable.
