Didn't the FIB just say there unable to keep up with criminal background check? and that they are already swamped... I see any sneaky loophole in the works!

If the FBI and immigration can't keep up with the workload of checking people, then that tells me they are trying to let too many people in. It's almost like they're in a frenzy to flood this country with foreign nationals, as if this economy isn't suffering enough already. Just keep letting them in to take the few jobs that are left in this country. This administration doesn't care if the American worker goes down the tubes.

Assemblyman Chuck DeVore has filed an amendment bill (AB 175 which would replace the language in the current CA laws that grant in-state tuition for illegal aliens. This amendment would disqualify illegal aliens from receiving in-state tuition by redirecting the benefit to members of the National Guard and military that reside in CA. This bill will be heard on March 4!
