Thread: FOX News Is Going Soft!

What's happening to FOX News? Seems as if they are sympathizing with the other side by reporting that these protesters are wearing white shirts for peace, etc. Their camera shots of the protests are of American flags...you can see some hints of Mexican flags but the footage seems to focus on American flags. No coverage of our side.

I am so tired of mainstrean media bias. If you listen to the media, it sounds as if these poor protesters are just good people looking for a better life and looking to be treated fairly...excuse me? How about the hate they preech or the fact they are ILLEGAL. I can see they are making this into a human rights issue.

It is disappointing how little coverage we get. I watched the news at 10:00 and we did get a little air time. The news is definitely showing the sympathetic, poor me (illegal) immigrant side. Did you forget that you caused these problems yourself by coming over here illegally?

Actually the reporter said that the protesters were TOLD to carry American flags and wear white by the radio stations. They did show protesters with Mex flags and wearing other clothing. We'll see who the day goes. Maybe you were hearing Bill Hemmer, who I think is still in liberal CNN mode.

I watched this weekend and it was so open border pro amnesty, I wanted to puke.

I tried to send emails and got message back that their email server was full.

So I guess we were not the only ones to notice.

I was there and I saw many Mexican flags. Those were the ones that weren't being hypocritical. All the others with their US flags were the hypocrites because we know how they really feel. Did you notice that their flags were brand new? They didn't own an American flag before (oops! Better run to Home Depot and buy one!) Our flag flies everyday at our house. Always has, always will. We didn't need this to start flying our flag. I have a flag in my car, so does my husband. We have always been patriotic. More people need to do that on a regular basis. Not just when 9-11 hit and for protesting purposes.

Fox News supports anything the Whitehouse/Republicans do IMO.

Saturday, Tony Snow had Linda Chavez and Tamar Jacoby on both are rabid pro Illegal Immigration Amnesty proponents on his show. He did not have one person to argue against Illegal Immigration.

It makes me sick. They seem to be rooting for the illegals. I cant stand them and their constant "we are a nation of immigrants".

Fox is pro-business, pro-bush. The only news program I can watch anymore is Lou Dobbs.

I watched the Saturday morning Fox News financial shows this past Saturday and by the time it was over I was steaming mad about how unfair and unbalanced those shows were. Out of a dozen and a half guests or so, all were pure open-border, pro-amnesty, and pro-illegal except for maybe 2 guests (Wayne Rogers and one other, that I can remember). I wish that I could have gotten the shows recorded so that I could have sent some e-mails -- not that I expect Fox would listen to me all that much but I would have felt better.

I suppose in defense of Fox News, it should be pointed out that the so-called elite financial people do tend to be open border types and the guest lineup probably reflected to a degree what is available. IMO, those financial elite types see themselves as being on top of some wealth pyramid wanting under them more cheap labor to produce their crap and more consumers to buy their crap along with environmental destruction and natural resource exhaustion all feeding the wealth up to them. They don't think or care about the bigger picture of today or the consequences for tomorrow.

At any rate, IMO, Fox News Weekend Live would be better titled Fox News Weekend Lies.
