I believe Republicans will repeal Obama Care. I believe they will repeal it and replace it with a simple bill that addresses the primary issues like pre-existing conditions, dropped coverages when you get sick and rescission of policies without cause. I also believe they will eventually do what they should have done years ago had they been aware of it is repeal the McCarran-Ferguson Act of 1945 which removes a law that exempts the insurance industry from the Sherman Anti-Trust Act if regulated by a state, which was a piece of anti-citizen anti-consumer garbage pushed through the Congress by the Democratic Party that controlled the Congress and White House following a ruling by the US Supreme Court that ruled if your company is not regulated by a state, then you are subject to the Sherman Anti-Trust Act. This law is the primary problem with our insurance industry because it usurps competition, increases overhead and administration, and because of the collusion, price-fixing, anti-competition behavior and other unfair trade practices they get by with through the states, and restricts normal consumer behavior that when allowed to be free across state lines controls the cost of items and expands the services through normal competition while reducing costs such as overhead and administration costs for the companies.
