wasn't there a list of a bunch of pardons yesterday? but these guys were not on that list..... and the White House issued a statement saying that the two got a 'FAIR TRIAL".... NOW Bush REALLY needs to hear form the people...

Here is a petition from Grassfire.org. It is ridiculous when real criminals are pardoned and our BP are not.

I understand from the news that the white house has refused to pardon the agents, saying they received a fair trial.

I believe the prosecuting attorneys and the judge need to be investigated.
Something is not right in this case. The drug smuggler goes free and those who we pay to do the jobs they were doing is going to prison for 10 years.
Even if they are charged with not reporting the incident, they were doing their job otherwise.

Read this forum, start about halfway down with the transcripts from lou Dobbs show yesterday that i posted. its highlighted in bold and darkk and it basibally says they got what the deserve. they also used excessive force[b]

This part that is highlighted is what has me mad. together they only shot 5-6 time saccording to testimony the agents gave but the prosecutor in thr trial, debra kanof said they shot 15-16 times

Bush will not pardon these innocent men. He would rather protect the rights of a documented drug smuggler than two heavily decorated border patrol vets. And that speaks volumes.

I am sorry, we are wasting our time writing to the little dictator in the white house to ask for a pardon for these border guards, he is not going to do it. The only way is for an investigation into the cases of these guards, the pressure on the jury to find them guilty, the jury tampering as described by the 3 juriors, a new appeal, a new trial this is the only way to save these guards, the one thing we can do is write the judge over his trial and beg her to allow them to remain out on bond while they are appealing their case! Forget Bush, I think he is part of why these men were indicted in the first place, I think it came from him and Attorney Gen. Gonzales!

Yes, even tho' the majority of Americans have voiced their opinion on this matter...he will just ignore us...and continue to talk comprehensive immigration reform. He needs to be impeached...almost the whole bunch needs to be investagated. This is what needs to be done.

There is so much dirt and mud in this government...we just need someone to start slinging the truth and expose these jerks.
