Residents, not illegal immigrants, need ‘sanctuary’

It is time now to address our issues of being a ‘‘sanctuary city.â€

Excellent post and editorial. I bet this sums up the feelings of a lot of people in the U.S. We ARE not being represented by our leaders -- at ALL. We didn't vote in all these illegals, nor any of the benefits being accorded to them.

But SOMEONE is making it happen -- and it's not the American people.

I believe, in bits and pieces, Americans are waking up to it.

And another thing, I never thought of it this way, but we DIDN"T vote for or agree to having these people invade our country.

We ARE not being represented by our leaders -- at ALL.

No doubt, we need to come up with a bumper sticker to show our outrage at being ignored by our leaders in favor of masses of law breaking, criminal invaders.

Something like:

NO TAXATION WITHOUT DEPORTATION!

I had read this remark "Kill the gringo," by Jose Angel Guiterrez, and e-mailed him a sharp rebuke, pointing out that HIS mindset is NO different from that of the KU KLUX KLAN! Indeed, Guiterrez and his cohorts are the HISPANIC version of the Klan--the Ku Klux TAN!

I love your post. I agree with others Americans are not being represented by their local, state and goverment leaders.
