Sounds like someone who has been in Government WAAAY too long:
"Congressman Hoyer has represented the 5th Congressional District since he was elected during a special election in 1981. Before serving in the House of Representatives he was elected to the Maryland Senate in 1966, at 27, just after graduating from law school at Georgetown University Law School. Congressman Hoyer was the youngest person in Maryland history to be elected Senate President where he served from 1975-1978."Join our efforts to Secure America's Borders and End Illegal Immigration by Joining ALIPAC's E-Mail Alerts network (CLICK HERE)
