Perfect reason to ban any groups from interfering with voting. To me this would include political groups busing in voters, political groups handing out ballots or going door to door to register, and even barring groups from going by homes and such to collect mail in ballots and such. If someone can't register on their own and vote on their own (exception being for nursing homes and those helping blood family members) they don't need to vote.
