Something is going on with the 9th Circuit, I heard they are wanting to call a full body court to review what the 3 panel decided. From what I could tell, this was initiated by the 9th Circuit itself, not by Trump or government lawyers. They're up to something, and it could be with news that Trump was moving in another direction, their own big day in the sun was waning OR they've thought about "what if" and don't want their decision to be responsible, which of course it would be. All blame would be on them, and rightly so. Maybe there are some conservatives on the court, real Republicans, who don't want their circuit to be blamed for such a thing or even to violate the law of 1952, which they are doing.

The best thing right now is pull the old order, rewrite a new order and proceed to secure the country from those who haven't already been given visas or green cards and basically ignore Robart. I would also reduce the number of new refugees still to enter, to less than 5,000 or just halt the whole refugee problem to anyone not already given documents.

Also, pull all refugee funding where possible.
