This is awful, I know this happened because Mesa has been completely taken over by illegals and their anchors. I just moved away from Mesa because I couldn't take any more. I remember when Mesa used to be a normal and nice town. Now however it is nothing more than a third world country within the US. When Russ started making these people obey the laws they decided he had to go. This is what happens when citizens sit idle while illegals take over their town. When someone finally does step up it is too late and complete anarchy has broken out.

Well, I thought that it was inevitable that this area was going to go to hell when I left a few months ago. Now I there is nobody there to keep anyone in check and I am twice as sure that this area is and has gone to hell.
