    Sam Nunn

    Apparently he may run as an Independent in 2008. Certainly a better choice than Bloomberg. How do you think he would be on the issues we care about? My guess he is in favor of more legal immigration than many of us would like, but would be fairly good on illegal immigration and border security.

    I liked him when he was a senator. He was one of the few democrats I would have considered voting for.
