Sanctuary Cities are a violation of US CODE 1324. Remind your representatives

4 million people are petitioning the election results.
Cities across the United States are vowing to always remain a sanctuary City.

Use the link below to contact representatives. Please send them a copy of the US Code 1324 below and let them know that they are in violation of the law.

If we can collectively get millions to send this document to Chicago, NYC etc., maybe they’ll change their mind and follow the law of the land. I have included a few links below, but don't stop there! Send this to Congressmen, Governors and Senators. (They don't even have to be yours). We now have a law-and-order President Elect. Don't let the machine weaken his original promise to deport them ALL!!!!

The elites don’t think we know these laws, let’s show them that we do!!

    Send US CODE 1324 to
    James.Kenney@phila.gov

kenney applies "citizen" rights to illegals - his core mistake or pretense. He is not bothered in the least @ those killed, raped or assaulted in Philly he calls the proposed law "dangerous" instead. He also has done nothing to stop protests which endangers citizens and increases costs for extra police.

Kenney: Philadelphia stays a 'sanctuary city' despite Trump

    Updated: November 11, 2016 — 1:08 AM EST

Mayor Kenney on Wednesday lashed out at a proposed law that targets the city's policy of giving sanctuary to undocumented immigrants, calling it "incredibly dangerous."

    by Julia Terruso, Staff Writer

Philadelphia remains a "sanctuary city" despite a threat to its future status from President-elect Donald Trump, Mayor Kenney said Thursday.

Sanctuary cities do not cooperate with federal immigration officials in holding undocumented immigrants in custody for nonviolent crimes. Trump has threatened to withhold federal funds from cities that adopt the practice.

Kenney restored Philadelphia's sanctuary status when he took office and defended the policy Thursday, with a little rebranding.

"First of all, we've changed the name from 'sanctuary city' to 'the Fourth Amendment city,' " Kenney said. "We respect and live up to the Fourth Amendment, which means you can't be held against your will without a warrant from the court signed by a judge. So, yeah, we will continue to be a Fourth Amendment city abiding by the Constitution."

Kenney did not want to speculate on what he would do should Trump follow through on his promise to strip Philadelphia and cities like it of millions of dollars in federal money.

"We'll cross that bridge when we come to it, and we'll see how it goes and we'll try to figure something out," Kenney said.

Kenney said he thinks the Constitution's protection against unlawful search and seizure is on his side.

"We have no authority to violate the Fourth Amendment. All the immigration officials have to do is get a warrant signed by a federal magistrate and we'll be happy to turn that person over," he said.

The policy blocks police from complying with Immigration and Customs Enforcement detainer requests or from notifying federal officials when a prisoner who is undocumented is being released - unless that person has been convicted of a violent felony and federal agents have obtained a warrant.

Advocates say it improves immigrant-police relations and encourages undocumented people who need help to seek it without threat of deportation. Critics say it's a threat to safety and security.

In July, the U.S. Justice Department said it would withhold some law enforcement grant money from cities that do not comply. The issue became a key dispute in the Senate race between U.S. Sen. Pat Toomey (R., Pa.) and his defeated challenger, Katie McGinty.

On Thursday, Kenney also commented on the anti-Trump rallies and instances of graffiti - both pro and anti-Trump - citywide.

"Take a breath," Kenney said. "It was a very divisive election, a difficult election, but again, it's over, and we have to move forward as a country."

    COMMENTS:
    Philadelphia-Report
4 days ago Stu Bykofsy reported that ICE wanted to deport illegal immigrant Ramon Aguirre-Ochoa aka Juan Ramon Vasquez "in 2015 after charges of domestic aggravated assault were dismissed." (Ochoa/Vasquez was previously in America illegally and was returned to his native Honduras).
After he re-entered the US and was arrested, ICE requested the Philly PD for immediate notification when the case was concluded. However, ICE was not notified of the dismissal due to Philly's policy, and Ochoa/Vasquez was released back on the streets of Philadelphia by . . . the Police Department.
He is now charged with raping a child under the age of 13.

    • 4fakeout Philadelphia-Report3 days ago These liberals and their policies make me sick to my stomach. How can any rational thinking individual agree with them?

    • Joe Smith Philadelphia-Report3 days ago Obama would be proud. Another dreamer success story...

    • Professor1992 Philadelphia-Report3 days ago Kenney, Gym and the rest have no sympathy for United States citizens who are attacked by sanctuary illegal aliens.
The young MD who was accosted while walking home and raped by an illegal alien inside her Rittenhouse Square apartment? I guess they didn't care.
Their response would be, "It happens all the time. It doesn't matter whether the rapists were citizens or illegals. They would have been raped by someone else."
      That's THEIR logic.

    • GO Barbara Ann3 days ago The PA state legislature already voted in Oct. to withhold state funds from Philly and hold the city liable if it stays a sanctuary city. Gov Wolf may say he wants to veto it but I think they have the votes to override. If it passes then not only will it be fed $ but also state $ and city $ (lost if an illegal not turned over does any harm, damage). Hope Kenney has some good economic plans because the city is going to need it.

Until conservatives reassert themselves into power via the courts, the sanctuary cities will continue. The ultimatum would be to actually cut them off from federal funding, and then their own people would turn on 'em. However, tolerance of illegals is deeply set in the progressive consciousness; and they may try to argue 'states rights' if pushed on it. And there are lot of progressive, big money interests that are dependent upon illegals---like hotel chains for instance, or the fast food industry.

I am so very happy to report that the Fox news show "Happening Now" displayed a portion of the US Code 1324 on the air 11/25/16!
The anchor explained how it is a felony to harbor (aide or abet) illegals on campuses and/or in sanctuary cities.

Click on the link below. The conversation starts at 1:09:27 and the law is on screen at 1:11:09.

Thanks to all who have been helping to make this Code common knowledge!

This isn't the first time I've seen something on ALIPAC come up in the national discourse a short time later. I have a feeling what's posted here is paid attention to by both sides.
