    And, the jail overcrowding problem is only going to become worse----being that San Francisco and most of Northern California---- have declared themselves as sanctuary for illegals.

    Did anyone ever think about loading up the illegals and shipping them out.....???? Maybe if you ask nicely, ICE would help with that.....

    That means you can do what ever and spend a week or so in jail and be released to do it again.....
